Fry's Food And Drug, Avondale AZ

The store is clean, the shelves are stocked often and they have a great dairy-free section. If I have any problems, they quickly resolve them. This is by far my favorite Fry's!

Store had an employee test positive with carona. Fry's has made no effort to sanitize the store, nor made any public action to ensure safety of customers or employees.

The black lady who always works at the customer service desk has a major attitude. She always has attitude with me and I've actually heard her raise her voice with an elderly woman who was visably upset. You don't treat customers that way. Why take a customer service job if you don't like people and can't be genuinely pleasant?

I put in a order on a Thursday. Which than gave me a pick up date of Saturday evening which I was fine with. I go to pick up my items Saturday evening and they come out with two items out of 13 things on my list. NEVER did I get an email or phone call no notification that items weren't in stock. Which I wish I would have know because then I would have been looking else where! Annoying! It should not let you order items online if there not in stock!

Their selection isn't quite as good as Safeway down the road, but the store is clean and the customer service is alright.

Karina is the best! I went into the store pretty late, but she was so kind and helped me check out any way. I have a sick kid at home, and I am so grateful that she took the time to make sure that I had a great experience.

As far as Fry's go this is a 3 star. Smaller store but I do like that they actually have meat counter. Stuff harder to find if you can find it at all and staff is nice. The best part is that the clearance section in this store is huge compared to others.

Personally I like to visit the store late at night to avoid the crowds. 8ts a nice big store with really good bakers. The bread is always fresh and delicious.

The store is clean and they always seem to have everything I need. So far, everyone seems helpful and friendly. I can't say that I've had any particularly bad experiences at this location. 4 and 5 stars comes with an amazing experience or encounter.

I hate it when they rearrange products on shelves, it gets annoying trying to find something that I buy all the time like Kroger Coffee Creamers

Clean store. Parking lot not so much. Friendly folks at the deli and the gentleman in the meat department pointed out the manager special for today on fresh chicken breasts. So we bought some. Checkout was pleasant. Always interesting when you shop at a different store than your regular.

Usually great customer service. I prefer frys selection of meat versus most grocery stores, especially Walmart. Frys always has an on-site butcher who is knowledgable with cuts of meat and how to prepare it. The produce is always fresh and very wide in selection. Also, I love the wine selection. Large and cheaper than most leading grocers.

Convenient location, good selection, can get in and out quickly. They have a few specific things I love and have not been able to find anywhere else.

I always enjoy going to this Fry's clean and the staff is always and I mean always are friendly and helpful

I live in Arizona all my life and this Frys always gives me a good store experience the workers are very nice and helpful keep up the good work.

A lady helped us find 3 items. Nice lady.
Store was out of 2 items and cashier was nice man too.
Got stamps glad crys had them for sale.

Great produce section. Staff very friendly and helpful. Prices are really good. We came late at night and the lighting in the parking lot was poor. The Fry's sign on the building was not lit up. Otherwise I would recommend this place.

Busy this Sunday afternoon.they had plenty of cashiers available.we moved swiftly through the line
