Fry's Food And Drug reviews
32I have been going to the Fry's pharmacy for years Paul has been there the whole time, he is always always happy and so helpful trying to find cards to help lower the cost of the medications and he understands that times are tough and actually cares about his customers. I believe that he is the best asset in your entire store if not the whole company, I will keep my business with them for as long as he is with you and I hope that is for years to come. Thank you Paul all your customers love you and appreciate you for being you.
I have made this my store for years but now during the pandemic even though the store has a periodic announcement for customers and staff to wear masks and employ social distancing I have had for instances now with stockers getting right next to me, pushing past me or trying to squeeze between my cart and another person forcing me to stop to let them through. If I mention social distancing they get sarcastic and think it doesnt apply to them. I have brought it to one of the managers attention and it's gotten worse. I'll be looking for a new store.
Love the quality of their fresh food. Carries "real sugar" Pepsi products as well. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and lines are always reasonable, even at dinner time rush hour.
My review is for the Pharmacy.never again! My Dr.called in the Rx, went to pick it up and they only dispensed 5 pills from the full Rx which was supposed to be 20, and didn't even bother to let me know. I didn't notice until I got home, so I called the pharmacy, they said that they had ran out but they would have more in Saturday. I called Saturday and then tell me they won't have any until Tuesday. I tried to get the Rx transferred to another pharmacy and then they tell me it would be ready Monday. Come Monday I go get my Rx and they don't have it. Horrible service
This guy, i wish i knew his name, made it a big deal about buying alcohol. He wanted to see everyones ID which i forgot my wallet but I wasn’t the one paying. He took away the alcohol because two of us didn’t have our ID’s but one did. We asked if it was ok if the person that was buying it could go to another lane but he said no that he would let them know. Like they dont make it a big deal in other places and dont even ask for ID’s in other grocery stores self checkout. Or they ask the people to step outside of the store if they aren’t 21 so the person paying can but it. What about when people have children do they ask the children for their IDs too. What a joke. Good thing i had another group of people in the store and called them to buy it for us. SUCKERS! (Yes all of us were 21)
I’ve been going to different fry’s and I’ve never had an issue with my foreign ID/passport to buy alcohol. This fry's has the worst customer service and rudest self check out staff including with one of the guys in the red vest just glanced and said “NO WE CANT TAKE THAT” and just stormed off with out saying anything else and completely ignored me. I feel like those two were very racist towards me and extremely rude.
I’ve been going to this frys for over 4 years now and recently with in the last 2 months I have never felt so belittled and like I wasn’t a person. The manager Denise is very unprofessional. Talked about customers to coworkers about customers. I will not shop at this location ever again.
I sow Fry's store on 83rd n Indian school
Messy today, lots of spot.
Please put a little more effort to get the spot, u will only will take 5 minutes of your time.
Thanks for allowing me say something.
The store is generally clean. No matter what time of day you go, there are children running amok in the store. The pharmacy is TERRIBLE! The intake lady was on the phone with a customer, checking in the inventory, all while "inputting" my information. 2 days later, I call for my perscriptions, and they had no record. She put my info into someone elses records.
This Fry's store is like no other Fry's I've been in, it's like a Fry's Super Center. It has as much non food items as of does food. I really liked it.
I like going to my Fry's are clean and they always have the product on the shelves when they're have sales and I'm always going in and out it don't take me very long to check out that's good to me
Been going to this Fry's for at least 20 plus years. This is my favorite Fry's. You really get to know the employees. They all seem to be so friendly and helpful. Gotta love the rewards, I know I do.
Managers should learn coupon policies before making one up and making the customer feel uncomfortable. If I could give this store a NEGATIVE 10 STARS. I WOULD! Worst Frys location i've ever shopped.
Fry's never disappoints, I always get good service, things I want and good deals. Go there with 4 things on my list come out with 10. I recommend this store to everyone. And the clothes at the marketplace are soo cute!
If you're white, find another store. They don't carry anything you will eat, and don't care. Which makes no sense, since their target demographic mostly shops at the ethnic-food-centered Food City anyway. My son has an allergy and can only drink Almond milk; they refuse to carry it. Refused. Flat out could care less.
If you MUST shop Frys, go to the one on 107th & Indian school. Much nicer, cleaner, and they have food us white folks will eat. Labeled in English.
Not happy with everything about the place! Been coming here for years. The past 2 years been going down hill. Parking lot smells like urine and cigarettes from all the homeless and tweekers, rude employees, low stock on sale days.they sell out an hour after opening on the first day of sell. Was a good store!
Love the online ordering. I send food and flowers to my family I order in the morning and my sister gets it with in an hour.
Just love love love it. I live in Los Angeles she lives in Phx. What a convenience! Thank you Fry’s!
I came to this store on Monday, i was buying the baby wipes that were on sale it was a mega event buy4 save 4 event i only had 4 with 4 mfg coupons, cashier called manager name Denise ove and she was rude she said she can only take one couple i said the coupons says its one coupon per purchase and i was purchasing 4 with 4 coupons frys has a limit of 5 coupons per day i didnt abuse the policy. But denise refused so i left with nothing.i seen several people with huggies wipes and i stopped and asled if they had coupons and if they took all 4 coupons the 4 seperate customer i asked all said they didnt have a problem.so i was on a scooter and went and asked for the Managers name i told her i was going to call corporate. I coupon all the time and never had a problem using my coupons mfg or digital. This Manager was very rude to me she said i said i can only take one coupon!
Thank you

I think if I want to stop in quick to buy medicine and the store closes at 11pm I should be able to do that. I even went out of my way to stop at this Fry's. The 107th and Indian School location is better anyways, I'm not sure why I wanted to bring my business here. I'm in the parking lot and am watching the security gaurd who just turned me away let in someone who doesn't appear to work here, she looked ready to shop. Sooooo, why can't I come in?
Despicable service at this store. My mother in law went on December 20th to place an order for ham and turkey. When she went to pick it up on the 24th, she had the understanding that it would be cooked, but it was not. She decided she no longer wanted the order, but unfortunately did not have her receipt. The cashier that was there, however, remembered taking her payment. Despite this, the manager at this location refused to refund the money back. We were out of dinner, and my mother in law out of money, all thanks to the Scrooge of a manager.
