Fry's Food And Drug, Glendale AZ

They force employees to go to work sick. Threaten to write up employees without a sick note all while covid is running rampant. Getting a testing appointment can take up to 3 days. Results can take up to another three to five days. Unacceptable

Don’t come here all of the cashiers have a bad attitude and will make every attempt to make you feel illiterate, don’t forget the courtesy clerks who throw your groceries around oh yeah and the location. Regular customers mistreated daily. Complain to store manager George he just stares at you

Great checkout service. Cashier was quick to move a busy line. She was courteous to me as well as the other 4 customers she helped before me. (I wish I had not misplaced my receipt so she can know her service was the result of my 5star review)

Also have to give credit to the security who was nice about opening the restroom door. He had a great attitude when I made a joke about him just staying there and forget about the store entrance, because it seemed like every female walking in the store right after me, was only there to use the restroom. FIRST GREAT IMPRESSION AND EXPERIENCE SHOPPING FOR THE FIRST TIME AT FRY'S. (I'm new to AZ. So I will definitely keep shopping at your stores.)

This is my neighborhood Fry's. I've been shopping here and getting my prescriptions here for over sixteen years. This store has been through many changes through the years. It still remains a decent store, not a super marketplace, but I can get everything I need to feed my family. The store is clean and the shelves are well stocked. The pharmacy is excellent; the employees are super nice. I hope you enjoy your shopping trip.

Are fare. At helping customers. But a smile would help. Sometimes make it better for the both customer and cashier.

Great location always have things in stock produce bakery and meat are always fresh and you can't beat the deals weekly

Neither Fry's or Food 4 Less carry All-Bran cereal. Could not seem to find any bran to make muffins. Had to run to Safeway.

Fry's would do well to expand this store. The staff is lovely, very pleasant and helpful, but the only drawback is how small they are. The store itself needs to be larger and hire more workers of the same caliber.

Never enough CASHIER'S & Don't go late in the evening.sheesh. Other than that I would've given 5 stars.

Convenient to and from home people are nice helpful and always say HELLO I love nice people makes my day

I have no problem with employees they are always polite. My problem is I have a handicap license & sometimes can't get parking because customers (low life's, you know who you are) without handicaps take them! "STUPIDITY IS NOT A DISABILITY PEOPLE " I don't know if the store even does anything about it but I will report to higher authority outside the srore about this problem.

I always shop Frys. I just moved here from Laguna Beach Cal. Everything is fresh. The only problem today is that lines were very long. It is holiday today, that probably why.

I got there before the rush so I found what I needed easily. The store was clean the staff was friendly and I found a few sales.

I love my Fry's its a very clean and neat store they have fresh veggies and anything else u need

Produce is fresh and quick check out lines. But some ppl don't know how to count their items in their shopping cart. Cause ppl with 30 items be going in the 7 items or less lane, so stay in your damn lane ppl! Lol Have a nice day

It was busy today, but it often is. I was greeted by many staff members as I shopped. The store was clean and I was able to find everything on my list. Checkout was quick, using lane 8; which is one of the fast check out out ones. I use a Power Wheelchair and they were very accommodating. I also used the pharmacy and the bank without any problems. I took off one star due to the lock on the door to the handicapped stall in the women's bathroom. I have pinched my finger in it many times.

Fry's always has low prices, quality of fruits veggies and meats always fresh and customer service is excellent Thank You Fry"s Team your awesome

There are quite a few panhandlers that sit in the front every time I go but other than that I have no huge complaints. The current baker has thee most beautiful writing on cakes I have ever seen! I hope she stays

Parking lot is a mess people driving like fools but the register guy Andree is da bomb talk about service with a smile.how can one man deal with so many different people a day and always be up beat.

I use to shop at this store 3 years ago, and the shopping experience was not a positive one. I recently visited this location, 3 years later and my, my the store has done a 360. Fry's, this location has done such a good job of transforming this store, Congrats
