I've always favored Fry's and being new to the area was very happy to know there was one 7 min walking time away. The staff is very professional and courteous and how can you give a bad review when a clerk compliments you on your Stranger Things tee shirt?

I received Great help from the customer counter with regard to logging on to the store web site so I could receive digital coupons.

The employees and management here are unprofessional! My boyfriend came here all the time even way before he met me back in October and never was there a problem until one of their employees who usually works at the self checkout started harassing him. She did this way before we started dating and he had evidence of it. He didn’t want anything to do with her because he found out she had kids around his age (20’s) obviously that means she’s a little too old for him. She was giving him her number, sending him friend requests on Facebook, and constantly trying to get him to talk to her when he had told her NO. He didn’t do anything about it as he just wanted to go on about his life and figured she’d get the hint. However, she got all butthurt about him not wanting to go out with her that she claimed he was the one harrassing her and even though he had the evidence the management there took her side and kicked him off the property. What a disgrace that you guys let your employees harass people that especially a regular paying customer and don’t even look more into the situation. If you’re a regular shopper I’d watch your back as you could become the next victim of harassment by their employees and then accused of being the harasser and banned from the property and publicly humiliated. What a great way to treat your customers!

I have been shopping at this Frys for 4 years and I always find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Their produce is fresh and the store is clean and well maintained.

I get to the cashier and he's so sick his face is literally dripping snot down his face. He grabs a folded paper towel and let's his face pour into it a minute. Then wipes it. I notice crusted snot on his hand. Without even using any sanitizer he began reaching for my food in the basket. I snatched up my basket and told him that's gross please don't touch my produce and went to a different check out. After checking out my groceries I stood there talking to the cashier about the sick one and how mortified I was and forgot my $20 cashback. I called as soon as I remembered I called in a spoke with a manager who was rude and wouldn't leave her name. I demanded to speak with her manager. His name is Mario. He told me the cashier didn't report it as left so I am out of luck. The female prior to him told me that I could have just picked up a receipt and claimed the missing $20. Wth! The cashier and cameras are there. They can see that the cashier got paid $30 for that hour rather than $10. So sickly unsanitary thieves work at this location. You're better off going to the Frys at Gilbert and Baseline or on Greenfield.

I found what I was looking for without a problem but when I self checkout the machine wasn’t taking cash and the assist Analisa was rude and transferred my transaction.

Very busy found what I needed and picked up a few I didn't need:) It's the norm, when shopping here. Great deals on thing you don't plan on purchasing. I'm vegan, fresh stir fry veg. YUM under $2.00

This has been my store for 34 years. The pharmacy has inadequate people. I’ve been trying to pick up Claritin D for about a month. Either they are closed or I didn’t have time to make two separate purchases. Well today they were open an I was prepared. The large African American woman at the check out scanned my driver license and the meds but did something wrong. She asked for my ID a second time scanned it and had the nerve to say I could not buy it because I had to have purchased some Claritin earlier in the day. I haven’t bought the allergy meds in over 6 months. Because she processed the transaction twice now I can’t get it today. She said for me to get a someone else to get it for me. Two pharacists heard the whole thing an her asking for my ID twice and did nothing.
Sooooo incompetent! Wish I could have talked to her superior about her poor skills!
Frys your not the store you used to be 5-10 years ago!

The most unfriendly fry’s store. The cashier couldn’t scan my coupons in a few attempt and asked the manager. The manager simply told me they can’t accept them if they don’t scan. I took the coupons to another fry’s. They are scanned easily and successfully.

My favorite place to shop for food. Always has low prices and great customer service. Beware of the shady characters that hang out in the parking lot and crappy attitude customers that shop here too.

Clean grocery store. Helpful staff. I'm not use to the store layout so I had to do a little hunting to find items that I needed. Good store I will be going back in the future.

Customer service is poor. They would not take muy coinstar receipt because is das from few days before frontera mánager was really rude.

I love that they are union, UFCW local 99. That is why I shop here. Never enough regular registers open. Get rid of the self checkout and bring in more cashiers.

4 items I wanted were not on the shelves. Space was alloted but out of stock, rather disappointing. This is not my usual store and not what I expect from my otherwise favorite place to shop for groceries.

Really bad customer service especially! The management this lady call saima, Woww its unbelievable! She needs a really strong training about how to treat customers and employees. I was in front of her waiting for somebody and she was really rude with a little girl asking for something, and after that she was yelling to one of the employees.yes you! Girl go and take a class about management and customer service!

Fresh produce! Frys card saves me money, always nice! Staff friendly and will to help point you in the right direction/aisle!
