I do not like to complain but sometimes I need to say something. Today I couldn't find a drink called Propel. So standing at customer service I'm waiting for two employees to finish their personal conversation to help me. One of them looks me in the eyes and turns back to their friend. Then the second employee looks me in the eyes and does the same thing.
At other stores most of the customer service personnel would say hello or ask if I found what I was looking for, but not at this store. Not today. That's what customer service is for isn't it? I truly felt like I was an inconvenience. I promise it won't happen again Amanda. I won't be back.
