I appreciate how quickly I was able to get my prescription and the staff at the pharmacy seem very good at what they do however I would not go back to this location. The store and parking lot are crazy which is totally typical for a Fry's but there is no drive through pharmacy to help moms or those who are disabled. When I asked the pharmacist if there was a drive through for the pharmacy she replied "No, thank God! " It may make it better for her but it certainly doesn't make it better for so many other's who struggle and need that feature. I will go back to the Fry's on Pantano and Speedway.

Very mixed experiences.some staff are friendly and efficient, some are snippy and slow. Be aware they have a lunch break at 1PM so they probably won't help you beyond 12: 45.

Did a great job on giving my boy a covid booster. Had a horrid experience 20 minutes earlier trying to have a walk-in shot on Frys on 22nd and Kolb they told me we would have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for approval and to get the shot ready. In and out in 25 minutes because we had to wait 10 after the shot.

The pharmacy here is awesome & their employees are always kind. I’ve been here about a year and it’s great.

Fry's Pharmacy at E22nd/Harrison is AWESOME! The staff are knowledgeable and personable. It has a small pharmacy feel because the staff remember names and are always kind. The staff ROCK because they treat you as an individual and are so helpful. I LOVE Fry's Pharmacy at E22nd/Harrison.

Went to the Fry`s on 22nd early this morning and everyone was working to stock the shelves! I got everything I needed and made it a point to thank the employees who are working so hard on our behalf! Great job and thanks again!

I like this Fry's a lot! Been shopping here for years! I recently moved to Vail so I go to the Rita Ranch Fry's more often but this is still one of my favorites Fry's stores. There are a lot of friendly people here but specifically the cashier Janine. She is very friendly and interacts with every customer she helps! She's definitely great at customer service! I heard that this store is moving to a brand new location on 22nd and Houghton. I actually hope that happens but please keep the same employees. Especially people like Janine. She's a very nice lady!

If you are looking for any kind of customer service DO NOT go to Frys at night. I got to the store around 8: 45 to see staff playing catch in the flower section. I got to the deli and was ignored while the girl behind the counter chatted with a friend. She finally looked up and said yes. I said, are you closed and she she said uh. Yeah, at 9. It was not 9 yet. Okay, whatever. I moved on.
I then find the two boys playing catch again and watch them bump into a customer and ignore her.

I completed my shopping around 9: 10 to discover all lanes are closed. There is staff chatting near check out but they ALL ignore the long lines at self service.

I asked if they were going to open a line and was informed we don't have cashiers after 9.

Okay, why keep the store open? Where was the manager? Why were they not serving customers prior to 9 and what's with all the goofing off.

Terrible experience.

The pharmacy at this Frys is terrible that is why I switched to patano. The pharmacist has some type of power issue he needs to deal with and not judge, assume or try an play drug enforcement on people with serious chronic pain confitions. I am a person, not an addict and will not be made to feel like one by some "LITTLE" man in a white coat. Get it together Fry's and screen and hire better employees.
