Fry’s Food Stores Pharmacy reviews
5Best pharmacy i have ever used.the pharmacist is thorough and kind & the techs are all wonderful as well.have never had any issues here.the discounts are great, the cheapest place i can get my prescriptions.they also send a lot of pick-up reminders to your phone if you sign up, which help me a lot because I always seem to forget.
The staff went out of their way to give me discounts for my meds. Not all pharmacys do this unless you ask them instead of them asking you.
I went to get my refill of a prescription I take for ADD, a controlled substance. They told me I needed to electronically send the prescription request due to Arizona law. I advised them I never did that before and they just refilled it for me a few months ago this same way. Advised they could look it up in there system and asked when did this law pass because it's new to me. They said they weren't sure but it was recently passed and refused to fill my prescription. I probably should have asked for a manager but thinking they may be right I went home and researched this "new law" which I didn't find. Took the prescription elsewhere to have it filled because I didn't want to give them my business after they lied to me
Just trying to drop off a prescription and the lady was very short with me and came off as rude and she didn't want to help. As I walked away I could hear her complaining about me.
The pharmacy constantly makes mistakes so we have to go back. We try to limit our exposure, my children are immune surpressed and this doesn't help since frys dropped their mask policy, we deserve the right to safety and consideration. My medication are prescribed and verified constantly. It feels like harassment.
