If you want your meds to be ready on time go to Best RX on mesa dr and University with in minutes your medicine is ready, if you want to wait for your medice for hrs to be ready or maybe the next day go to Frys, Walmart. I'm done with Frys they couldn't fill all of my mothers meds in one day we had to go get half of them today and the rest tomorrow, so she went with out her meds tonight The only reason we went to Frys today is because we forgot to change the pharmacy with her dr.

Thursday evening at 8: 20pm and they only have one cashier or self service to check out. I was told, “We only have what we have. ” Six carts in line of full or difficult to self check out items. I will try another location.

If my two local Fry's run out of an item this location usually has the item (s).
It is a large very busy market but pleasant to shop at. It is convenient they also have an in parking lot gas station. The personnel at the Fry's stations are all very pleasant and helpful. The market also has a more diverse inventory.

Customer service could be a little more accommodating. I arrived few minutes before actual closing time posted and they let me wait until 5: 01 to acknowledge me just to tell me they were closed.

I purchased about 10 packages of Farmers sausage and cooked 2 of them shortly thereafter. I got very sick in the stomach and a bad headache that night and wasn't sure what was the cause, but suspected it was something I ate. The next day I opened several more packages of sausages to cook and found that they were moldy. Since then, I've check the "sell by" date of items I purchase from that store on Stapley and McKellips and found that foods remain on the shelf after the "sell by" date. As an example, a dozen eggs had a sell by date of June 13,2021 that was 5 days past the sell by date. I have noticed that their packaged meat items are on the shelf for sale after the "sell by" date. I suggest that shoppers check the dates of the items sold at this particular Fry's Marketplace.

Closed the gas station 30 minutes before closing time and had friends hanging out while closing. Not a good look for business

Spent $812 and they refuse to let me leave with my groceries because “their system malfunctioned” I have proof they charged my card and they won’t let me take my Almost $1,000 purchase. Thanks Kevin the manager for stealing over $800 from a single mom with 2 kids. I will be back with proof for my groceries. I hope you feel good about yourselves. My whole family shopped here for years every week. Not anymore we will tell everyone we know about our experience.

16 dollars for a 12 piece chicken meal? Seriously, prices at Fry’s are absolutely RIDICULOUS lately. Y’all do know you’re not the only grocery in town, right? I’m done with Fry’s.

I used to love this place but the customer service has gotten crazy I am constantly being treated aggressively every time I come here for different reasons.this time I wanted to find out the price of chicken wings that were not tagged with a price but a $2 off discount.this question of price got everybody in the deli section mad at us because we kept asking the wrong person and they were about to get off work. Sorry we wanted to buy this item, sorry we wondered what the price was, sorry we didn't psychically understand what was going on ahead of time. This has been this way the last few times. I have been avoiding this place and after today I will continue to do so, thank you for teaching me a lesson.

Great neighborhood store. Friendly staff, clean, delicious produce and meats.

I do wish the donut selection was a little more varied.they always seem to be out of the kids my kids like when we come in.

I used to love this place but no more. They must be Under New Management the customer service was good but it's horrible now. The shelves are bare most of the time. They blame covid but why does Safeway not have any problems. The meat department run sales and are always out of item. The labels are small and you can't read them. I will try another fry's that's near me but if they're no good I'm done with Fry's Forever. Fry's had a mother's day sale and they ran T-bone steaks and they were clean out in fact the meat case was empty they had nothing. I went to Safeway and they had a sale on ribeye steaks guess what they had plenty more than enough. Safeway meat case was plenty stocked in fact it look wonderful.

Great grocery store! It is always difficult to uphold customer satisfaction in the grocery industry, but the majority of my experiences have been great and Fry's employees work hard to make the right deals happen. The fresh produce is what attracted me most to this location on top of convenience.

Despite having signs saying that face masks are required, this store does not enforce it at all. I counted 16 people without masks (including two employees) the last time I was inside the store. Consequently I no longer shop at Fry’s and instead frequent other stores in the area with stricter face covering enforcement.

Dirty store. Does not take Apple Pay

Horrible customer service in “ pharmacy “ they tend to “ forget” to order our medication this is the 4th time the employees forget to order the medicine knowing we need to take them daily.never coming back again

A good Frys as I've come to expect from the chain store. Expansive as ever with its options of groceries and the like. Very clean and access to everything is easy, even during busy hours. Service is also good and quick!

Meat counter hours are a lie. Supposed to be open until 8PM. Everything was packed up by 7: 30 and I was told they couldn't help me.

Purchased a bag of Harkins Caramel Corn and when we were eating it, it tasted stale. We looked on the bag and IT EXPIRED IN NOV 2020!
Took it back to the store and the manager said "oh yeah, it happens all the time, would you like to swap it for a new one? ".
All very nonchalant - not surprised - not caring - very "yeah whatever".

Very disappointed that she didn't even try to fake concern, It shows how poorly this place is ran from the management on down. If the managers don't care about expired FOOD on the shelf, then why would the hourly people?
