Fry's Marketplace, Sahuarita AZ

I don't like shopping here due to the fact that it's always hot in the store, there's some horrible rotten smell near the back corner of the store by the meat dept, the bathrooms are disgusting, and their online shoppers are lazy (had items marked unavailable on my order, but if I walked inside, I found it just fine.). The only reason I shop here is because they carry my favorite brand of jeans, they have a decent selection of inexpensive baby food, and I buy the Fry's brand of paper products. That's it.
Now, they have gates at the entryway, I only assume that they want to funnel people out of the one and only exit at the middle.but don't worry, it's not like the disgusting bathrooms don't need updating or cleaned or anything. Your money is much better spent on useless gates.

The store was very busy. Much more than usual. Probably because the Walmart is closed due to the arson fire. But people were really nice and the Fry's workers were great.

This is an update from my prior experience was a 1 star because of a rude employee. I took a break for months. And have never seen the rude employee again. Since then the staff has changed over and iv had no issues and now shop their faithfully because the have the freshest produce out here. Prices are hire than tucson. But it's convenient. I never have any issues with my coupons and sometimes come in with a stack. All the employees seem great. A few you can tell are tired and impatient. But i treat them with a little kindness it goes along way.

They have money for the ghetto bars at the entrance to make you feel like a prisoner but not a cent for their fleet of damaged carts or hire a bagger

LOVE this Frys location! Love the clothing and EVERYTHING else they sell! The Starbucks is out of so many items to make blended drinks. I usually love that location. Guess I'll go to the other one in Green Valley instead. Bummed!

Very large store, it is a marketplace. Make sure you have a the app as there are lots of digital coupons to get the best deals. Seems always busy but staff it friendly when you can find someone.

Fry's Marketplaces are some of the best markets anywhere. Pretty upscale and a huge selection of not just the usual market stuff, but clothes, patio supplies, etc.etc.etc.

Have been shopping here since the store opened and it has been my primary grocery for years. Cooking is my hobby so I spend a lot in pursuit of it. Generally it has been a wonderful store and I have enjoyed shopping here. My issue is with customer service when I returned half of a 10lb bag of potatoes which were spoiled with what's called "black heart rot" condition. Anyway, the guy at the counter gave me the run around as if I was trying to con the store. In the twelve years I shopped there I don't think I've returned more than a handful of items, all deserveingly so. I suggested that we cut them open and see for sure. Well, he wasn't going to do that. I just wanted a replacement but got grief instead. I haven't spent a penny at Fry's going on seven months. I took my 8000-9000 dollars a year down the road. From reading the reviews it is abundantly clear that this store has problems that aren't being addressed by management.
Edit: After shopping elsewhere for 8 months I came back and was pleasantly surprised to see that things had gotten better at this store. I was also contacted by the corporate office after I filed a complaint with them. They gave me a name and extension and told me if I have anymore issues, skip the store management and contact them directly. So far so good.

I paid for the 'free' delivery service (not free, you pay a yearly fee) and am regretting it. I haven't made 1 order yet (in a couple months worth of ordering) that they aren't 'out of stock' on a minimum of one item, and it's usually up to 5/6 items. I then have to go to a different store. So, what was the POINT of this 'free' (paid) delivery? Will Not be renewing.

Unfortunately, being the only grocery store doesn’t give me much option but to shop here unless I want to drive to Green Valley the store is usually clean and decently stocked. However, their prices are quite a bit higher than elsewhere.

I’ve shopped at this location many times as I have lived in the area for about two years now. I kind of wanted to give this a two star rating but I do like the grocery store so I gave it a three. I called there tonight to report someone losing something very important in a grocery cart, but I couldn’t get anybody on the phone. So I hung up and I called back and I asked speak to the store manager and when she got on the phone and I was trying to let her know the situation but she curtly explained to me that she was not the person that I would report that to. However, she made no effort to direct me to the people that would until I asked her whose name and number did I need to reach out to to let them know that I have this person’s information. She told me that would be customer service and tries to transfer me only for the phone to hang up. So I called back and I get customer service and she is no more friendlier than the manager. I gave her the information and I hope the customer that lost their important items reaches out to me so that they can get it back. I really don’t understand the customer “no service attitude. ”
I am always willing to upgrade a review if a follow up is done on the situation and someone reaches out to me. Thanks.

Great store with great products at great prices! And their gas station also has good prices and you can use points.

Love this store. Great produce, good meat, and nice liquor department. The coupon deals are plentiful and give you more for your money.

Oh my gosh, stop by the cheese section talk to Maggie brilliant lady with flaming red hair. She will steer you in the right direction as far as cheeses and pairings. It’s fantastic.

Digital coupons take 2-3 hrs to activate. Didn't know that. Great store, employees could have a better attitude.

I dislike how this store is set up. Milk is against the back wall but cheese is nowhere near the rest of the dairy. And the yogurt is down a side aisle. Just very poorly thought out, so shoppers must walk across the whole store.

You can always find the items on your online list because they are numbered by aisle and row they're in at Frys Marketplace especially the one here in Sahuarita they are very clean and organized at this store that's why I enjoy shopping here.
