18 Excellent place for veggies and fruits
Also bakery department
Separate section for Halloween construes and candy
Their customer service sucks, but I am not sure what should be expected when they have a bunch of entitled teenagers working there that think that it is OK doing the bare minimum and managers that must give them promotions like the gold stars and participation ribbons they received in school.
This is my go-to grocery store. For the past 10+ years, this location has had consistent reliability for basic grocery needs.
Only one regular checkout line that goes all the way down isle 19 at 6: 50pm. People don't have all night. Open the lanes!
The store has a wide verity for groceries and domestic. The deli department is slow. The day I was there I and another customer waited 15 minutes before anyone working there notice us. One employee was telling others about his vacation. They have you take a number, but that doesn't mean anything.
I give it a one solely because the digital coupons are the biggest hassle. Can corporate pull their heads out of their rears. Geeze.
Well, I bagged my own groceries, but I wasn't in a self-checkout! No baggers in sight! All the lines were at least 4-5 people long, and probably 6-7 in line at self checkout! Poor management in my opinion! Or too much worry about their PROFIT MARGINS instead of CUSTOMER SERVICE!
It's seems like this store is taking advantage of the fact that we don't have many options for grocers in Maricopa. Shelves aren't always stocked. There are never enough cashiers up front, which means we're all having to wait in long lines. I've lived here three years so far and this problem is only getting worse. We've got more and more folks moving here. This is kinda scary.
The manager in the bakery is very rude. His name is Carrie. He's the rudest person I've come across in a while.
Great store and location shelf stocked up aisles are clear and everything I came to shop for was in stock! Store is organized and aisles are clear and associates are helpful and greeted me on my way and on my way out the door. Good store!
No grocery carts and lines waiting to checkout going down isles. What appeared to be a manager standing down the middle isle with 2 employees trying to decide how to display a shelf. I'm sorry but if you have no carts and long lines do something to support your employees.it is a waste of resources. I did not see one bagger bagging nor did I see anyone gathering carts in the parking lot.pathetic! This can't be a lack of employees as I know of people that applied and never got the job because of church on a Sunday.
Rude deli women. They do not greet you. Slow and very nasty person. I will not spend my money at their deli anymore
Folks, do yourself a favor. If you want to see a frys store run with management, drive out to sun lakes on Riggs rd. Employees are very friendly and they have more than 2 registers open. Completely different than the clowns working or (so called manager) in Maricopa.
No grocery carts in the middle of the day? No one cares, told two workers? Where's management, who's in charge? Hire more people to work, my God, Maricopa has 60,000.00 people living here.
Great place to shop.
I would give 5 stars if it weren't for the smells by the sea food section and the overwhelming smell of fabulousa by the milk section.
Nothing says welcome like an entry gate. My family won’t be shopping at fry’s until it’s gone. Also literally no reason to have 6 self checkouts closed while people are in line on a Saturday.
Don't get produce via Pickup. I try to do my own shopping but sometimes, like when my kid is sick, I gotta do pickup. I regularly get visibly rotten produce - this was right out of the grocery bag when I got home.
