Fry's Pharmacy, Chandler AZ

A pharmacy technician, Jack, gave great customer service by looking up prescription prices for my dog Gertie and finding that I could save some money on these. It was a great thing to do, as we are currently trying different medications for this dog, and hope the current meds will work!

I have consistently been able to get reasonable prices for prescriptions, especially for my dogs. This is compared to other Pharmacies. Pay attention folks, prices for prescriptions are not the same at all managed pharmacies.

Glad Exzema won’t kill me. Business day 2 gas gone by and I still don’t have medication. I could have drove to Mexico and back by now for the same medication less wait

I had my mental health doctor send my meds here. I got a notification that they received it via text message. When I called to have it filled 5 days later, they told me it was transferred to an old pharmacy I used to use. I was not told and I didn't authorize it. For those who don't know, that is a crime!

Pharmacist was so very rude. They actually told me they don't serve people who live out of town. Would not refund me, and she should have, for something they overlooked. They do not have the Fry's "Awesome customer service" like they do at most Frys.

I LOVE Frys Pharmacy. BUT they did NOT have the "MATURE" adult FLU vaccine. So, my husband called around and found a place that did and we went there.
