This shop is the best place. I can't even begin. So professional, yet personable. Friendly and you can trust the job they do. I asked Ricardo what the secret was. He said they run the computer, but they also do thi diagnostic work.
The police, the border patrol, the "everyone" uses them. Great PLACE!

Very professional and prompt service. Let me know what was wrong with the car and fixed it. It's my first time here, and I will be back down the road as needed. I would highly recommend FTS.

Horrible experience
I brought my vehicle that I recently purchased in for an oil change and for them to INSPECT the vehicle. Told me the vehicle checks out and they didn’t find ANY problems but…
They put the wrong weight oil in, didn’t install oil pan and valve cover bolts like I requested, didn’t top off my coolant like I asked and then told me it’s at the correct level even though it was below the ADD mark.
Mechanic damaged my radiator by pushing down on the hood and bent the latch right into the radiator coils.
I brought this to Dan’s attention and he said he would replace the radiator even though he noticed the radiator was on its way out (which you would think the mechanic would have mentioned that after the inspection I just had)! I really don’t think they did a thorough inspection at all.
Almost 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for a replacement radiator which I actually told Dan I would pay for if he took care of the labor.
After me being more than fair and still no action on Dan’s part, I’m off to find a competent mechanic shop that cares about taking care of their customers. Sad
Also went in a second time and got charged over $150 to remove a couple of stubborn bolts.

Excellent service, clean, very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to be of help. Definitely my 'go to'.

We had such an amazing experience here I will absolutely make it my “go-to” mechanic whenever I am in the area.
We showed up at 4: 30pm in a tow truck…right at the end of the work day…. Our large Roadtrek 190 Class B rig on the back of the flatbed…. Unsafe to drive after a wheel bearing failed on the highway.
Before the tow truck had even lowered our vehicle, Dan the owner of FTS came outside to greet us, offered us full hookups on the side of the garage so we had a comfortable place to spend the night, offered us a free car to drive in case we wanted to leave the facility, offered us water and soda and a bathroom and made us truly feel welcome, respected and cared for. FTS truly understand the needs of the RV community.
We spoke to another couple from Alaska camping beside us in a large class A in the parking lot and they told us they have been coming here for 3 years and always have a fantastic experience.
The next day, after we woke up, FTS had my Roadtrek in the shop within minutes, diagnosed one failed bearing and one on the way out within a half hour, explained everthing to me in a very low pressure crystal clear fashion, and replaced both front bearings as well as completing a tire rotation and oil change all before the end of the business day. The waiting room was very comfortable and well stocked. The price they charged for the repair was so low I almost couldn’t believe it…. And they offered to let us spend the night again… (although we didn’t need to…. Since our vehicle was back in action!)
This place is TRULY the gold standard in customer service and their work and facilities are top notch and very well priced. What a rare treasure! I would give FTS more than 5 stars if I could…. They are awesome.

Great customer service! Spoke with Dan about a Jeep I’m purchasing after seeing FTS on the CarFax. I could tell he had things going on around him but Dan spared 15 minutes to answer questions about vehicle history before I signed off on the deal. If they treat non-customers with this much care, I can only imagine how well they’d treat paying customers. Highly recommend. THANK YOU, Dan!

Dan and his team are amazing. Helped me out with a last minute issues as I was driving through Yuma. Dan had my car fixed and back on the road within 45 min. Can't thank them enough!
