I cant belive they freeze lettuce tomatoes and onions and present it as fresh at ultra premium prices

This place has gone so far downhill I don't know how it's still open. Fuddruckers are dying, at least this one is. Don't waste your time, the soda machines are broken and they don't tell you that until after they sell you one and then offer you a can. The place is run down and dirty. Food is subpar but still really expensive, the same as when it was still good.

It still has great burgers and fries, but it seems like they are struggling with supplies.

Just awful, and sad how this place has fallen in the last year or two. Burger was cooked to the temperature ordered but tasted very low quality compared to Fudd's in the past. Like really cheap fatty greasy ground beef. Fries were greasy. No more bison burger even though it's still on the menu board.

One soda machine is out of order and the other dispenses soda lacking syrup plus half the selections out of stock, so they'll give you a warm can of soda at the counter if you ask, but you don't find this out until you've already paid.

Building feels very tired with lots of deferred maintenance, broken stuff, etc. Time to demolish this place and replace it with something else. This will be my final visit to this location.

At least the counter person was pleasant.

I love fuddruckers but this store is a joke. Don’t pay attention to their hours they close early or decide to close randomly. At least 4 times I’ve made the journey only to find workers inside but the doors locked hours before they are supposed to close. It’s the universe telling me to stop eating burgers lol

Food left on tables after people have already eaten tables, not clean they’re out of almost every soda imaginable and they’re bustling just to get orders out. My favorite place in the past time, but starkly different than what I used to know when they were on I 17 and Dunlap.

This place is in serious need of a complete overhaul. The soda machines don't work and they don't tell you that until you pay for one and then they offer you a can. The entire place looks old and messed up. The burgers are not what they used to be at all. This place needs to go.

Do not believe anything you may see about the hours, or their phone message that says 11-9pm. They're only open 11-4.

$2.99 for a can of warm Coke. Short hours, soda machines aren't restocked. It wasn't clean. Please just close the restaurant.

What a perfect and extra-special burger place. Really not your average fast food burger place. Tons of great seating with so many added extras like paper towel rolls, coke freestyle, a customizable menu with super fresh and in house-made ingredients like the homemade buns and burgers cooked to order, great toppings, and a full condiment bar with all the free included sauce station. Absolutely delicious sandwhiches, with 5 fry side options to make it even better!

I swear everybody’s got a notice that they have really gone downhill with quality they’re not even using the famous Fuddruckers seasoning for the fries or the hamburgers. When you taste the steak which fries you’re going to notice a Heavi pepper like salt and pepper. They’re not using Fuddruckers seasoning no more even on the hamburger, even the soda machine, they only have one working. They are really going down on the hill even the fresh quality of. The toppings like lettuce and tomato and everything else they were really going down to where they’re going to be closed permanently. I hope soon. Because the health department needs to visit them like right now. Please don’t go there anymore people you’re gonna be very disgusted on the food quality. It’s disgusting food they’re not Fuddruckers no more.

Dirty and stinky. I have fond memories of Fuddruckers, but this is not it. Burger was bland and unimpressive. Floor was dirty. Will not return.

Staff was friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant smelled of sewer gas, soda machine was broken so I was given a warm caned beverage. It is obvious that this store does not get the support needed from corporate. The floors are in disrepair, paint is definitely needed, the ladies restroom is not labeled at all. I grew up eating at Fuddruckers and miss the old way it was run. I also miss the pickles they had like 15 years ago. Also wondering why an order of fries contains less than a dozen fries.

Phoenix Arizona, the Fuddruckers restaurant all but only one remains and they’ve had a soda machine I guess broken for the longest time. The food is fair not bad or good it’s fair pretty soon I guess this Fuddruckers going to close. I loved Fuddruckers before and I hate doing this review, but it’s my honest review and my thoughts about everything this restaurant is going downhill and it’s already sunk like the Titanic ship the RMS titanic.lol

They have just given up. Out of everything. No 2/3 paddies. They used to make them here. Not sure what changed. Out of fountain drinks so the have warm cans of Diet Coke, Coke, and Sprite. Just ran out of onion rings. And they close at 4pm even though the hrs on here and the recording when you call say they are open til 9pm still. I called ahead because I was warned they may close earlier than usual. Not sure what is going on but it sucks. They have the best burgers in the world and I have been coming here (different location) since the early 80's. Can't imagine they will be around much longer. Too bad.

Edit update.went to order a to-go burger at 3: 41 and they said, "actually, we're closed". Apparently they sold out of burgers.

We called @ 2: 30pm to make sure they were open and they assured us that they were but they would close at 3: 30 we show up right at 3: 00 and they refused to take our order saying they are closed already we explained that’s why we called ahead of time the gentleman then walked to the back and spoke to someone and returned to us saying everything is shut down gunna have to go somewhere else, I love Fuddruckers and this is not the experience the Franchise owner would like for there customers

This place felt like it was falling apart. The soda machines didn't work so they were handing out cans at the front. Seats looked worn and tattered. Many seating areas looked like they needed repair, with a few spots closed off because they were broken. Food was okay, but for us, we were excited because our closest Fuddruckers is hours away. Don't think I would visit this location again.

They overcooked my burger, but I'm here with family so no time to address this. The men's restroom has a leak in the ceiling dripping down lack of building maintenance. The cheese and ranch are both watered down. Also one soda fountain was only working with water and the other was out of regular coke and Dr. Pepper. Unfortunately this location is way too run down and does not warrant the price of the meals. I'll go to the other one off I-17 if it's still there as I used to eat there quite frequently when I worked near there and they were always great.
