Disappointed. During our walk through we pointed out several areas that needed to be fixed. Several things were missing; mirrors, medicine cabinets, shower doors, non broken windows, appliances, landscaping, towel bars, window screens, etc. There were also several damages. There is a 2 foot hole in my upstairs floor where we can’t even walk. We were assured by Steve that these items would be fixed prior to receiving our keys the following week. They were not. Two weeks since our walk through and I look at the dream home that I spent 21 months waiting for it to be built and all I see are holes and dents and poor quality. Screws in my kids shower and dirt, grout and paint splatter everywhere. I never leave bad reviews, but this is fraud and this is a company taking advantage of people by lying. A home purchase is the largest purchase someone makes and to give them a filthy damaged incomplete home is just wrong. I am giving them 30 days to make things right before I file a complaint with the ROC and BBB.

My wife and I decided to put money down at the Fulton Promenade in San Tan Valley. We put our initial deposit down with the second being due Aug 13th but we decided to put that down early since we wanted to keep things moving. I was diagnosed with a non-recoverable cancer, and had to pull out. Fulton responded with we cannot refund your money. I explained in fairness was really only looking for half, the half that wasn't due until middle of August. The answer again from one of the Fulton family members (decision maker) was NO. Obviously I wont need a new home again, but wanted everyone to know the state of this company and how they see their customers.

We purchased a new home from Fulton in December 2020. We arranged to have 7 or 8 grout cracks repaired and 1 cracked tile replaced. Today is the fourth time we have had an appointment for evaluation or repair and we still have a cracked tile. The sub today says the tile replacement is not on his work order and he cannot replace it. The previous 4 times they all had some kind of sob story-A guy retired, they lost his photos, the work order got closed out by mistake, etc etc. Today I contacted Dave Longo the customer service manager who called the sub s boss and got nowhere. He did assure me it would be taken care of tomorrow morning. We'll see.if you're considering a Fulton home think twice

We signed a house in January 2021 and the progress of the house construction is very delayed. We understand that due to COVID things are delayed but not at pace where things are stopped. The response from the office is they don’t have materials. When they don’t have materials why did they open up so many houses for registration? And for the recent rains the materials like frames and are all spoiled with water.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with quality. Constantly having issues with warranty repairs being done correctly or done at all. Always having to make sure they don’t skip over the little items. Not a square wall in our house. Low quality material. The representative tries to talk you out of repairs or doesn’t even schedule them. Tries to circumvent the need to make it right. I didn’t have insulation in parts of my house. I take days off to be available for repairs that never get done. Fulton says it’s not their fault. It’s the trades fault. I paid Fulton for the house, not the individual trades. “You’re proud to own, we’re proud to build” I feel like these are two misleading statements. They are happy to get paid for poor quality and the homeowners are left with the headache.

I will not recommend them or buy from them again.

I'm seeing a lot of reviews taking out their anger on Fulton and it's ridiculous. We were able to purchase a home with Fulton during an economic crisis and they made it a wonderful experience. In fact they were ahead of the building schedule a bit! Starting off with customer service, they were honest and extremely friendly. Both people at the office told us what we needed to hear to have the best experience because they too built homes here. We stopped by a few times a month to check in and everything just looked perfect. The design center is stunningly beautiful and we had so much fun. Long story short, if you suffered from a worldwide pandemic, don't expect Fulton to cave and fix your problems. They're a business too that rely on your stability. If you're not ready to build a house then save up in an apartment. Fulton is an amazing company and a wonderful place to raise a family. They resell at a high value too so you're investing with that quality. I look forward to building my next Fulton home someday!

Don't expect much follow up from the lip service they give you when your building your home. This builder does the minimum and could care less about how you feel about it. It's a fight to get things done, the vendors they use are always late, and the customer service is a joke. Once your past your 1st year it's pretty much on you. Don't even call for recommendations on repairs, they don't do that will be down right rude on the phone.

I contacted Fulton for a client about their 2001 Fulton Home plans. They exceeded my expectations with their response time! There was no gain by answering my clients question, and they were kind, friendly and quick to help. Thank you so much Nanci and Fulton Homes team!
