FYE, Tempe AZ

I think this is the very last FYE in Phoenix. I have come here for many years any will continue to do so. They have things that I can only find at FYE. They are more than music and movies. I love the NECA figures that they keep in stock. I really hope that this location does not close down, there are hardly any fun specialty stores like this anymore.

The girl at the counter signed me up for a membership that I didn't approve up and the CD I bought NEW was scratched. Never going here again.

I was very disappointed. They use to sell all sorts of DVD's, with a wide range of genre's. I was looking for about 7 DVD's. And they didn't have 1, that was last month. So I checked again, and nothing; very disappointing. Not even in their catalog to order. Oh well, it was a good store.

I bought my daughter a $25 BTS shirt from here and it was too small. Took it back to return it and was told that I couldn't return it without giving up my email and physical address to build a profile. Ended up keeping the shirt and I will never return and will warn people about that to avoid this place. To make it worse we were just looking for store credit so my daughter could by more from them.

This was the only place out of many that had what I was looking for (Black Butler things) The employee that helped me was very nice and helpful. I look forward to coming back.

Looking for a movie, here is the place, know who is in it, but can't remember the name, its ok, staff is very knowledgeable

They have a huge selection of Funko Pops. Ryan was really friendly and helpful. He got me set up with the membership and it was super easy. Great customer service.

With stores dying out and malls closing we need stores like this to find the cool thing we didn't know existed

I go for the movies and have literally spent a whole hour browsing. They have such a great selection. Movies, shirts, posters, records, CDs, seasons. And great prices! They also have cool figurines just a bunch of stuff. Highly recommend anyone to stop by.

If you want to know what they have in general before looking for hours for 1 item, ask the cashier. They know most of their inventory. ESPECIALLY POP FIGURES.

I have never purchased from here but I love going in side and seeing all of the collectable and movies that they have. One day I will purchase a shirt and some movies maybe for my birthday September 17th

I love/hate this store. I love the selection and HATE the location. Arizona Mills is super busy and the staff always looks annoyed, probably because of all the theft. I never feel safe at this mall, but it's the only FYE in the valley. Please don't go away. This is one of the more interesting stores in the valley especially for my son who is 22, and daughter who is 18 and they love anime and pop culture.

I liked the gentleman that helped my son and I on Friday. He wasn't on a register but he really helped us. The cashier was wonderful. Our items totalled only $50 but he didn't make us feel less important to a boy who was making a $200 purchase like others would do. Then I called Conner with an issue we were having with our purchased products and he is willing to see if we can work out all the problems with our headphones.
I love this store. Only place I go for F. Y. E.

It's been nearly 20 years since I visited and I gotta say I'm sad to see the majority of music and movies vanish only to be replaced with pop culture Asian things. I'm not gunna lie, I love the merchandise.but I miss what they once had.

Kids loved it, we were there for 9 hours. The only thing I would suggest is that if serving food.mashed potatoes have gravy also. Change up on different foods.for morning & afternoon, then around dinner serve something else.

Overpriced, even for a mall store. But it has some fun, unique, and niche products that you might only otherwise find online.

Lots of great items to choose from, terrific customer service from Josh! He really went out of his way to help us.

Has a lot of a variety and has decent prices I'd say at least for my kind of DVDs. Lots of cool little things definitely a pop culture store. Some new stuff usually costs more but I'd say it's fine. It's kind of messy in there lots of unorganized DVDs and the staff always seem busy. In it's a mall so its usually crowded at times.

Pikachu.bless you! These guys have anything cool in the store. Pokemon to The Walking Dead to band shirts to speaker. You have to stop in and also if you stop in wearing a costume you get a free gift.

Came here with a friend because it is one of his favorite stores. The content within ranged from superhero to cartoons. I honestly believe there may be something for everyone in the shop. While my friend seemed ecstatic about the selection I was not really impressed with it since the store reminded me of a nerdier version of Spencers in NYC. But I can easily see how someone who loves comic book heros and such would enjoy the store. I did find their cashier last minute bait selection to be intriguing. The store had a great variety of merchandise, ambiance (no loud annoying music) and would be a great place to get someone a gift who enjoys the content. Also the fact that they had a Rugrats section was heartwarming as it connected with a bit of my childhood (and of course with my friends as well).
