All dirt roads needs some cleanup and the park needs actual trash dumpsters instead of the green cans but otherwise it's ok

Went there to visit a friend, looks like a slum Lord runs it, roads all full of potholes. Owners are very rude and impolite people.update: Rhumer has it that the owner is now dead and his kids haven't even reported it yet. Buried him in the back yard in the trailer park! HA!
