Went in to get my power jack repaired. Turns out it only needed a cleaning and they did it for free! Will definitely be coming back for future repairs!

What do you need an Apple store for these guys are amazing came in with a software issue with my iPhone it had been disabled and wouldn’t go into recovery mode I tried everything iTunes said the phone couldn’t be restored Apple tech was no help the Apple mail in option was going to cost me $300 in you will not be disappointed if you take your phone here customer service is on point and my phone was fixed in under 30 min this was a great experience!

I had been having issues with the sensor cover coming off of my Samsung watch for months. Samsung refused to fix it. Gadget Phix had it fixed in about 2 minutes. This place is the best.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Every time I take my phone in to get the screen replaced they fix it extremely fast and for a super great price! Yesterday I dropped my phone and the screen broke. While fixing it they noticed I had battery damage and replaced my battery for me for only $25! PLUS they gave me a free screen protector on top of the sweet deal and it was done in less than an hour! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to Gadget Phix because you can tell they really do care about their customers and they know what they're doing when it comes to phone repairs. The 3 gentlemen who helped me were super friendly and helpful. Very clean and welcoming place! Great job guys, thank you again for everything! You have my business forever!

They fixed a phone screen that was completely shattered/ half not working for such a good price, I'm so beyond thankful and impressed with how professionally everything was handled. Plus, they were the least expensive place in all of flagstaff, which was incredible because I'm a college student currently

My fiancé had good experiences here, but when I went in today, the younger salesman was dismissive, unhelpful, and didn’t seem to know anything about what he was selling. Oh well, there’s always amazon.

Fixed my Galaxy S6 for 50 dollars which was about 1/3 of what other places were charging. It's working great now! And it only took about an hour to fix.

Chad replaced my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge screen for me and I couldn't be more pleased. He was extremely nice and had the job done in the time he said he would. He even fixed some performance issues I was having. He was the best price in town, too. I highly recommend him for any phone issues.

Great service. Very friendly people. Prompt to answer emails. I dropped my iPhone in water, ruined the screen, and they replaced the screen with a used one that basically looks brand new for $50 in total (considering a new screen is almost $100 not including the service fees this is a really good deal). I picked these guys because of their reviews and was not disappointed!

These guys were so professional and nice! There's nothing like your phone breaking on vacation to bum you out, but they had me up and running in under 5 minutes. They were very cool, too.

I unfortunately took my phone to a competitor before realizing my mistake. After the other couldn't fix it, I brought it here. From the minute I walked in the door the word professionalism stood out. Within about 10 seconds they diagnosed the problem and had the phone out to the proper location to be fixed that day. When it was done, they immediately called and explained it needed a new screen which they fixed in about an hour. Definitely recommend.

Highly recommend, outstanding service. Replaced the battery on my Nexus 6P in about an hour, it's like I have a new phone now with battery life. Price was less than the places in Phoenix!
