Gale transfer was Ok but disappointed with some aspects of the move. I found many sections in the kitchen that had not been packed. I had glass table tops that were not protected very well. Also a lamp shade was destroyed because heavy items were forced down the center. Somewhere along the move my dresser and end table to the bed got wet. The dresser is damaged beyond repair, the end table swelled with water but did not fall apart. I have been very busy and apologize for not sending the review sooner. I will file a claim for damages so will need some instruction on how to go about that. I took pictures of the damage and will attach them with the claim. The guys were very polite and worked very hard. Thank you, Judy

Tried several times to book this company to move my storage from one side of the country to the other but getting someone to go inspect the items in storage was a real pain because apparently they only have one person doing it.

I would like to say that my experience was a very professional one with your company and I would highly recommend you to everyone that is moving to use your company. They moved some of my stuff and did not get everything also they left a piece of my dresser which is broken they were rude and did not do their jobs would never work with them again

Set up an appointment to come out to my house. He did an inventory to get an idea of the cost, then gave me a quote and honored it. He asked a lot of questions and and gave us a lot of good and helpful information on how to best go about our move.

Ask for Anthony, Mikey and Raul. They're extremely professional and diligent in their work.

Used Gale Transfer through North American van lines for a second story to second story move in the heat of the summer. The movers were courteous, friendly and definitely troopers. Driver had great communication and was right on time. Unfortunately, I had labeled each box with moving instructions, but these were ignored. Many boxes got crushed. However, the company charged me about $1000 less than other company estimates, so it was great value for what we paid. Thank you, Gale Transfer!
