Great customer service, brought in a bunch of old games, consoles and my xbox one for repair. They gave me good money for all my old stuff. And cleaned and fixed my xbox one while the other people went threw my old gaming stuff. Highly recommend this company

This is the place to go when you want some retro classic games. Looks well organized inside. Just two things that through me off. Why are the arcade games not on? And the customer service was not helpful. No greet, no assistance while I was shopping. When I asked questions employees gave me a small reply, like I was bothering them.

I love this place. I just started collecting retro gamesz I've been all over the valley and these guys have the best prices. Very knowledgeable on the old games and collectable games. Way more games here than the other places I've been to.

Definitely my go to shop for retro games.

Really cool shop! I brought in my ps4 to get my hdmi port fixed, and to my amazement it was done later that evening! I have had 0 issues with it since and I even got to pick up a bunch of my childhood favorite games! A+ 10/10 business.and their employees are cute too

Edit: Its been a month and I still havent had any issues with my PS4. Works as if it were brand new. Ive gone back and gotten great customer service when buying/asking about other games and even gotten some interesting recommendations on games that I had never heard of that were absolutely perfect for me. I seriously can't recommend Game Smash enough.

*Updated review* Great store, and friendly staff. However, they have it very crammed with arcades games I’m assuming they are trying to sell? Makes it very difficult to browse as the store cannot accommodate more than 10 people with the machines in there. Lots of great stuff and finally checked a few games off my list. However, they tend to over price some games. I understand they need to make a profit. However, the logic on how the representative of the store explained the pricing of the products did not make much sense as some of the same items I searched with his logic were 70-80% overpriced. I would go back, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to make a trip to this store. Great to visit at least once if you are looking for that nostalgic feel.

Love this place! Great place to buy ALL old games & accessories for old game machines + prices on all games are way way cheaper than game stop + better deal on points to save money.points add up fast! They do repairs too.

I came here from an hour away because I called them and they told me they'd work on my consoles. Then hours later they said they're not interested in my business. The prices are terrible. The trade credit is insultingly low. Avoid.

Edit: The owner is paranoid/delusional. I am not even on Facebook. This is what happened. These guys baited me to their store and then refused service, costing a lot of time and gas.

Great location. The employees are all so nice and such great game choices. The prices are amazing and affordable.

Great store for retro items! The employee Damien was very helpful yesterday and answered all my questions! I recommend this over other stores in the valley because their prices are better on consoles and most games, also did I tell you how great the employee Damien was? Excellent customer service by him and will continue to go back to this store for all my retro needs!

This place is ridiculous and over priced go to fall out games dont come here and waste your time they had super smash bros at 64.99 and zelda majors mask at 59.99 they need to reprice alot and relax on the pricing. Never coming here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone! If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would.

Probably the worst customer service ever. Do yourself a favor, and drive to Tempe, there is at least 4 stores with a better atmosphere, friendlier people, and don't try to pass bootlegs off as REAL high dollar games.

GameSmash is my one and only video game store to go to get games. Yesterday I was buying games for my Xbox 360 and one of the employees asked what are my favorite. You guys are the only video game store I'll ever go to get games. 10 our of 10.

Well you would think a repair shop would also sell parts instead of being rude about it when asked over the phone. Would be one more reason to bring people to your store. I won't even bother going there to see what else you've got to offer now.

It's small but well stocked, staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the games and prices are reasonable.

Been going here for quite awhile, I've bought many movies, games and equipment for my son and grandsons and I've never had a problem with anything. Games & movies are always excellent quality. The owner & employees are always helpful and friendly and prices are great too.
