That store is never open at the time shown for opening. We have waited for 10-15 mins and still not open. Need to change opening times or get a person that actually shows up to open on time.

I walked in to the store after work and I had a fantastic experience. The manager was helpful, informative, and passionate about the hobby! Looking forward to coming back!

Store is open again and under new Management. Look forward to seeing everyone today. Will be open this weekend from 12pm-5pm

Much like others comments. Not open during stated hours. Stop wasting everyone's time. Unlock the door when you say you'll be there

All I can really say is, thank God they are getting a new manager soon. He is either the laziest human being on the planet Earth, or he has constant personal crises of a level humanity cannot comprehend. Those are the only two things that could possibly explain why the store is never open.
You want my advice: always call ahead to make sure the store is open before you make the trip. If he doesn't pick up, the store's not open

Every time I have interacted with him he seems like a really nice guy who is very passionate about the hobby, so its a shame he can never muster up the motivation to actually open his store. I hope he isn't charging the company for those hours it is physically impossible for him to make any sales.

The store is a games workshop, if you like Warhammer; they have a great selection and I think the company's supply chain is slowly getting better after COVID.

The staff was helpful and down to earth. I went in to get what I need to dust off some old Tyranid models for 9th edition. I found honest help that didn't try to sell me anything more than what I needed.

They have very limited hours, which is just fine; but they're not even open during those hours. Don't waste your time going here.

Who runs this? How are you still "open" been trying come here for a month and hours state you are open yet closed locked up during business hours? Please inform me when there is new management but until then I'll keep coming by don't you worry bout that. Just want some model paint and models dang it

Drove over during business hours only for it to be closed, its 2: 30 in the afternoon and the shop is locked up, lights off on a Friday. No posted reason why, no answer on the phone.

Hours of operation say open but store is never open spoke to other customers outside who states owner doesn't answer store number and stories never open even during their scheduled business hours.

I have stopped by this store a myriad of times recently. No one answers the phone, the doors are locked and it appears the store is flat out shut down. Don’t bother. Buy direct from the company if you’re not in a rush. I miss John.

Owner told us multiple times over the course of a month that they were open just to find that it was either only curbside or completely closed. It seems as if he is misleading people to get curbside purchases out of inconvenience. We called ahead and everything with no mention of only curbside or early closing. Even though he specifically said in store shopping was now open as well. Very unprofessional.

Drove 30min from across town to go during their “covid” hours. Annnnd they’re closed? ! Way to run a shop, guess I’ll take my money else where.

If there is a way to rate zero stars; I would. There is ZERO customer service. Having gone to the store 3 days in a week during their 'COVID-19' hours of operation; it was always closed. Having called their phone number and left three voice messages in the span of two weeks: no response or call-back. Did not know a store would go so far out of their way to refuse a customer's business. I have made a formal complaint (with supporting evidence) towards the owner's poor practice.

We wanted to shop there but it was closed by 6pm even though it was posted as closing at 7pm.
