Shelves are pretty empty now that most of the old console games are gone. Still a better place to trade in than most other places like Zia's, Bookmans, or a Pawnshop
Really happy with the service that Chelsea gave us. After twice of getting my controls replaced for my sons switch she help us get them replaced and was understanding. Thank you!
Walked in and the two girls at the counter didn’t even acknowledge me and my sister. They were gossiping about boys and i had to go up to them and interrupt their gossip session for help and they gave us attitude the entire time like we were bothering them. After they pointed out where something was they went back to gossiping again and i had to interrupt them again to get the product out of the case for us. It’s a job, instead of ignoring customers and gossiping maybe do your job and customer service. Go ahead and conversate but AT LEAST check in on the customers and acknowledge them when they come into the store. It’s just basic human decency.
The only store left with the Oculus 2. It was quick and fast to check out and the staff was nice and friendly as always.
This has been the song worst GameStop experience of my life all started by Bryan tech # 282148. I went to exchange my warranty items as I always purchase the warranty. I have been to other GameStop’s in the past who will allow you store credit if they don’t have the items. This day Bryan must have already been having a bad day. As a manager of multiple companies I know when an employee is burnt out. This dude does not like or care about his job when he told my he didn’t have my items on 01/14/21 I asked if I could use the credit towards a different remote. He sarcastically asked me if I knew what a warranty was? I advised him to not take that tone with me as I have done this with other GameStop’s in the past. He forced me to have items shipped. Then one of my items wasn’t available anymore so he offered me an upgrade that had to be shipped and not one in store. I accepted even though that was very hypocritical of the situation. That was 01/14/21. It is now 03/24/21. I received one remote and was told the other items where lost in the storm. I was told to reach out to support where I spoke with Pedro. Pedro said he seen the items where not in stock but we would escalate and I would have to wait 3 days for a call back. That was 3/16 no call. Here I am 3/24 speaking with first a Luis who was 0 help and told me my order didn’t exist. Who connected me to a supervisor Maria who told me a gift card was issued that day and used more than likely by Bryan. So now I am out $120 with the hopes that someone will reach out in 3 days. Do not by warranty from this store in fact DO NOT SHOP HERE. The Tempe market place store is the best store. I will make the extra drive to go there as for Bryan I hope you find a different job, and thanks for making a company I always loved ugly to me. You are a horrible representation to all of frontline and I hope life humbles you one day.

This is usually the GameStop I go to. Now that my collection has gotten bigger I don't find many games on my wishlist. Their selection seems to be low. But the staff is always friendly and super helpful. I never had a bad experience with any of them and I have been going to this GameStop for years.
One of the best GameStop’s ive been too. May not have the crazy stock your looking for in other GameStop’s but the customer service is unrivaled. Great in store reps.
They never have a lot of games, I think COVID-19 is still impacting there stock in store, I never like to wait a extra day or two for a game I want to come in from another location, I'm impatient and want it then.lol but they have dope collectibles and always end up finding something there I cant afford but buy anyhow.its addicting sometimes. Don't come here unless you have a sugar momma or daddy or your taxes just came in.:)
The have on stock games and when you got pay they don't have in existence so you have to go another store, don't miss your time in here go to another store or check online
This GameStop lie to me because my mom called them about the PS5 but they told my mom that they atleast have 10 PS5s on Friday morning at 7am. So my Sister went, and stay all night waiting for a PS5 for them just to tell her that they have 2 only. So don’t trust them.
People at this place was rude especially the lady behind the counter she should not be working customer service and honestly I hope she gets fired

Worst store ever in my opinion, I would not shop there again, we were getting a PS4 and we were waiting for the store to open, we were shopping online, so we called and they said they would be in stock at 2 PM, but they were in stock the previous day, then when we called at 2 they said that they didn’t have any. I’m truly dissatisfied.
