Got to the store nice and early. 3rd in line but them I told to wait behind everyone because I have a trade in? Make your little lacky just filling holes do something.

Chris is always extremely helpful every time my boyfriend and I go there. He’s super informative and welcoming and he helped us get our money back from another location that never contacted us! Makes it a good time to go in the store every time.

Customer service is always bad.
Didn't get welcomed in either. But of course the guy after me gets welcomes in. Go figure. Then we go to buy something and he's still talking so we just put the item back and left.
I should've known better than to go to this game stop. The one on Ray Rd is exactly the same.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience at the store. Big thanks to Tony and the lady training him. (Sorry didn't get her name but she was very helpful too).

Always stocked. I'm telling you they're awesome! Unfortunately I can't remember the guys name that helped on the phone and in person. Totally knowledgeable about everything and more. This is my new gamestop.

RICKY gave me some of the worst customer service. I'm driving to another store when what I want is on the shelf I front of me.

Got battlefield 2042 today and got my membership for the year, there wasn't any line and the worker was nice

One of the best stores in the valley. We had a bad experience at a different location and these two guys went above and beyond to make us feel better. Great customer service. Kelsey and chance are great employees.

Called in ahead of time to ask about microSD card for my Nintendo 3DS. The associate I talked to on the phone told me she had it, and to bring in my Nintendo to make sure it was the correct one, which I did, and she still sold me the wrong one. It’s inconvenient to drive back and forth, and I’ve been calling for 30 mins and no one answers the phone. I’m not sure if it is because it’s close to closing time, but after I exchange this I will not come back here again.

This ordering online is not efficient at all and makes a quick purchase impossible. Definitely lost a customer, never thought I would say this but I guess Walmart will be my new go to for my gaming needs.

Shelbs has the BEST customer service ever. I will always come back as long as she works there. I used to dread gamestop. I will be back.:)

Took online payment for a product they knew they didn't have in stock. Didn't offer a substitution or any compensation for their "mistake". The girl that helped me over the phone was nice though. It wasn't her fault. But I still wouldn't recommend dealing with this gamestop or any other gamestop to be honest.

Fun store with awesome games got a new LEGO game and pre-pay for the new LEGO STAR WARS game.

Terrible customer service & over priced. A nearby store had same system for a 100 dollars less NEW!
