Good spot for picking up a good deal on the latest video games. The dark haired kid at the counter was a bit rude and probably needs to find something he’s good (customer service obviously isn’t his specialty) but the manager was very knowledgeable and was able to salvage the sale. Good selection of products at reasonable prices otherwise.

The guy w the finger tattoo was extraordinarily patient with me. He went above and beyond to help me perform a console transfer to a new system and keep redoing the transaction as I added in more and more trade in items. I have never been pro-gamestop in my life, but this one is an exception. This is also the first and only time I’ve actually taken the membership. He definitely deserves a raise.

I’ve never left a review before but I just left the store and it was the worst experience of my life. I didn’t want the protection in the Nintendo switch so he kept asking me if I really wanted to buy it here, suggested multiple times I go to Walmart, and wouldn’t let me check out without repeatedly asking can I please check out and go I’m sure I want to buy it here. HORRIBLE

Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took a lot of time explaining different products, and explained the membership program very well.

The associate Matt at this store is so helpful, patient and goes out of his way to accommodate customers. He is the only employee I like dealing with as he doesn't make me feel less than and has a great attitude. I wish the store had a bigger variety of different things and possibly another location at the other end of town.

I really dig the selection and different sort of products they provide, but I’d rather get something shipped or go somewhere else than go into store.
The problem is they press their membership and extras way too hard. I can’t stand saying no 15 times in one interaction while they’re trying to persuade me into their membership program. I’m assuming it’s the manager of the establishment that I always deal with but the guy cannot take no for an answer. It’s to the point where I’m cancelling all my preorders and waiting for them to be shipped because I feel harassed when I try to pick up a game.

Nathan is THE guy to answer any inquiries you may have. Not only is he knowledgeable, he's a genuinely helpful, friendly, and personable individual. I've been a repeat customer at this location for over a year now, I won't purchase anywhere else. If they don't have it, they'll get it for you.
