Greatest customer service ever experienced with any of hobby shops I have been to. Definitely recommends!
+ If you are willing to go to the arrowhead center just for the gamestop, park near the food court.

This store sold me a Nintendo 2DS XL that was supposedly refurbished but as it turns out the top screen is now falling out of the console. Gamestop is nothing more than a scam.

Lousy over priced used games. Fall out games is way better. Better selection too. Game stop will be a thing of the past

Store is spotless, employee is pleasant and informative. Prices are better than most places or competitive. Various items to keep you thinking of Christmas gifts! Great little store.

If you're a nerd like me overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of hanging out at the mall, it was, at least when I went, a nice and surprisingly quiet reprieve. Well stocked, clean. Didn't end up buying but browsed and found cool stuff. One employee on shift at visit. Some GameStops give me weird vibes but this one was cool. It's a bit of a skinny space, but the displays aren't super overcrowded.

Great place, friendly staff. The trans lady working in there is actually nice and doesn't put LGBT stuff everywhere. I enjoy going in here, and I've been treated nicely.

This gamestop took advantage of my 9 year old son. This place is scam never shop here. Buy all your games online never ever go here. This is not a good business.

They were awesome to see if a game my son was looking for was at another Gstop for us to hit. Thank you made our son's day

Always very helpful! When I go in to pick something up they let me know if something I would be interested in is on pre order or about to release (if I don't already have it on order) so I don't miss out. Worth the drive just to get the service I get here!

Was calling, no answer came down to the store to find it closed they closed before 8: 18pm

Fun selection to browse and excellent customer service all around. Decent prices and it's nice to have a store like this local.

Came here to return games and was told by the associate that I needed to return all of the games I bought together since I got a bundle deal. I told him I needed to return the games before my time frame to return them ended. As I work long days and they are closed by the time I get off work. He assured me that I would still be able to return them as I had 14 days. When I returned to another game stop to return the games. I was told I could not as I only had 7 days to return them and my last day to return them was on the day that I was at the last game stop. It was only 1 of my games that had a 14 day return period. The one I was not returning. I will not be returning. So disappointed now I am stuck with games I can do nothing with. I will be buying and selling my games online from now on.

Smelled so bad in here and nobody asked me if I needed help. The employees were also messing around. Found a funko pop I liked but didn’t end up buying it because of the awful service and stench here. Invest in some air fresheners!

It's a smaller store so inventory so inventory isn't high, they seemed to have just as many toys as they did games. Maybe because they're in a mall? I'd give them 5 stars if they had more games.

Tim gave such excellent customer service. I was Christmas shopping for my husband, buying a new console. I had no idea what games would be good to go with it, but he gave great ideas based on games my husband already likes. He really took the time to help determine what would be best. He was so friendly and provided great customer service. I hope the next time my family shops there, that he will be there to help.

Quintessential GameStop experience today. Walked in on a whim as I was at the mall for another reason, I saw Skyward Sword HD cheaper than Amazon with the current sale at $40 and figured what the heck, I'll pick it up. Got upsold when checking out for pro membership and pre orders, which I promptly told the cashier "I got Amazon". Low and behold, the checker goes to the drawers and pulls out just the game card in a yellow envelope and use the opened display case. To which I ask, "Do you have any factory sealed copies? ", and the response being "No". Needless to say I walked out with my money in my pocket and the "new" copy of Skyward Sword with your store. Just a prime example of why I never, ever, ever shop at GameStop unless you're doing a good deal on trade-ins. I'll happily pay the $6 extra and wait a couple days from Amazon to ensure I get a NEW game and not support this bad practice of "new" games.
