My dad ordered Black Ops 3 yesterday and they said they canceled the order and never told us why they cancelled it.this is first and last time we’re gonna order from GameStop.

Im a pro member and normally I like everything, except I sent my son in and they lost his receipt. Of course he didn't use my membership or they could have looked it up.

I like going into gamestop. Their selection of games are great. Just sucks that they are getting rid of their elite pro for customers. I thought that was a great idea to have. Well I extended my membership for another year.got my preorders in. Some big titles coming out

Horrible customer service, very limited selection. Too pushy on trying to sell customers extra things (game disk insurance, club membership, etc.)

This place has a great selection of the newer games for Xbox One, Wii U and Ps4 as well as older games for the Xbox 360, Ps3, Nintendo DS, and Wii. The staff are friendly and funny, always asking if you need help or to look for anything. I traded in some old games I didn't want and bought a membership with the money from the games. Super helpful for video gamers. The place is well kept and well-stocked every time I go in.

Anybody else having trouble getting a hold of anyone at this Gamestop? Ever since Jason left the store is always messy and no one anwsers the phone. This experience has drove me to Zia Records I highly recommend I paid 10$ for Resident Evil Bio on Xbox 1! Look it up at Gamestop.

The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable here. I feel comfortable asking for help when looking for items as well as when I need to know how something works.

Why is that manager still a manager? First of all, he is not fit for a professional to run the store. He is very racist and should see the state law for other country ids. Terrible store

I have always liked GameStop. Their online holiday prices for USED games are EXACTLY THE SAME PRICE AS EBAY! They aren't saving you any money as far as that is concerned, but the in-store is excellent. Always friendly staff.

Horrible place. Gentleman says he gets a truck at eleven so I go in store at 10 when they open. The same guy says no I didn't say truck at eleven I said twelve. What a lier.

They put a ps3 game into my Xbox one case and said it was the last copy.didn't notice until I got home.

I like this place. I put all of my games here and we'll. If you are a member you get a discount and after a while it adds up. It's a very clean and profesional location, those in store always give me excellent service and they go above and beyond. Although I wouldn't recommend selling your games here!

Its a good place to find some old games but most games today are downloaded off the World Wide Web/ Internet. So dont know what direction that company's going to go or sell they are basically a pawn shop for old gaming consoles and games etc. Smart phones too.
