We had a garage door spring snap overnight on a weekend. Adrian was able to come out within 45 minutes of me calling him. He replaced the spring, lubed the whole door, and was very professional. He also gave recommendations on improvements we could make and figured out why it would randomly stop going down. All of this for a reasonable price on a Sunday. Thank you!

Friday evening January 20th, I went to load up the car for an important event in the morning and the door wouldn’t open more than a foot. One of two springs had broken. There was no way I could lift the door by myself. My cars were trapped in the garage. No trip tomorrow. I panicked. I called Adrian. He couldn’t come out that evening but very patiently talked me through the process for raising the door by “helping” the motor to raise it.
Adrian came out the next morning and replaced both springs (my wife “supervised”). He warned me before he came, that he would have to charge me a trip charge for the Saturday service. I was happy to pay the comparatively small charge as I didn’t want my Mustang left out of the garage and vulnerable to thieves all weekend.
In addition to the normal installation, Adrian cleaned the tracks, lubricated them and the rollers, a job I wasn’t looking forward to doing myself.
