The Doctor and team who provided my services were outstanding. Loved that I didn’t have to make several trips for my crown.

Every employee that I came in contact with was extremely nice and professional.

Wished it was a better experience, had to have an emergency surgery to get my wisdom tooth removed. Was quoted $700 for one wisdom tooth to be pulled. They had me pay $100 for a deposit, but when I got there they were trying to get me to get a bone graph and when I declined they said it was only $59. Never received the rest of the money back

I hate dentist offices. But I sure am happy I go here. All the people here are friendly and give you confidence in their ability to give you the best possible care.

Horrible customer service representation given by the office Alexandra was both Negligent in getting back to me concerning what the hygienist had to say trying to put a treatment plan together for me for months and communicating with me about my options for my perio, when she already heard from the hygienist, she took weeks getting back to me. She was very confrontational and combative with me because I express concerns of the high cost for care and asking her to ask the hygentist their professional Recommendations for an alternative way to care and possibly reduce the cost I was concerned with the huge possible debt and caring for fam and necessities. She followed up her ill treatment with a series of sarcastic remarks reminding me if I don't want the services or are unwilling to pay the cost given to go somewhere else or do nothing at all. I was offended, shocked, and angry that she was s unempathetic and nasty. I decided to take my business elsewhere because of this treatment
