Their technicians did an excellent job in restoring my bathroom. It looks better than before the damage. The office provides exceptional customer service & kept me informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend & will be using them again for non emergency projects.

Couldn't be happier with my recent experience with Adam from Gateway Restoration! I recently bought a much older home with sewage pipe issues. Right before a large fundraiser at my home two of my bathrooms flooded from an obstruction in the pipes. Adam came out immediately to assess the damage. He walked me through everything step by step and even more amazing showed me what to do myself to save me a lot of money! I'm so grateful for his honesty and professionalism. Thank you Adam!

I’ve worked with Gateway Restoration on several remediation jobs in memory care and behavioral health facilities. Their work has always been on time and very professional. Their staff is always available to be there when we need them and the integrity of their work and expertise of their recommendations has been outstanding. Gateway Restoration came the same day and wrote an estimate for me to submit to my home owners insurance. Danjee was very professional and easy to work with. He genuinely cared about me as a customer, my house, and restoring my property in a timely manner! He worked closely with the plumber that I chose to ensure that the slab leak and all damage caused due to the leak was repaired to perfection! There were items charged to my insurance company that were never done. There were many fraudulent items on the invoice. Items ended up missing or getting thrown out so there was not good management in the entire process. I am now fighting with insurance to get things done that Gateway was paid for but never completed. I would never recommend this company. Adam was a nice guy but am very disappointed in the integrity and honesty of this company.
