Nice clean accommodations. Room was comfortable and provided resources to prepare your own meal. That is a definite bonus for us. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We will visit this place again when traveling out this way

The beds weren't very comfortable and the WiFi is utter garbage, but the hotel staff is super friendly and attentive. Rooms were very clean.

Seems like a nice place I had a meeting with the state doctor there get an examination in a small conference room

I booked a room for 5 nights. My 3rd day in, the water main broke. The staff didn't even care how inconvenient it was; not being able to shower and even brush your teeth. I was offered nothing not even empathy of any sort. Needless to say I promptly checked out and went to another hotel. I should point out I sent an email to the general manager and received zero correspondence. The fact is they don't care. I understand the water main is not their fault, however I believe some type of compensation would be fair. Paying full price and having no access to water for a whole day is not right. This is a budget hotel and I will no longer use them ever again.

One of the best motels we have stayed at in a long time. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was very good too. We really liked the happy hour with 2 free drinks. The lobby was always very clean as well. Great views of the mountains while enjoying a drink and the free snacks. The room are very nice and clean with all the amenities needed to cook your on meals if you want. The only draw back we found was the mattress was in need of an update because it was a little to hard for our liking. But we still give it a 5 star. We will be back. We liked Sierra Vista so much, we are considering buying a home there and relocating to this beautiful city.

A comfortable stay. Definitely above par for this area. Door card programmer died and they have no backup system. Don't think they thought that through!
How will they access rooms in an emergency.
Breakfast was fair, coffee is PERFECT! Various egg items miss the mark. STAFF IS SUPERIOR friendly and very chearful. Girls at the desk are a delight and Martha in the dining area is like having mom get your breakfast ready. That alone makes the stay worthwhile!

Clean, very comfortable, excellent service, delicious breakfast.and happy hour! The evening clerk, Amanda, is going out of her way to ensure that there is popcorn for the popcorn machine after my husband requested it. I love this area and will stay here again.

I arrived and everything was clean. I had a broken ankle and asked to be moved closer to the elevator. They immediately honored my request and I was moved the next day. Friendly staff. What really impressed me was how clean everything was. Furniture and carpeting was not run down. Bathroom was clean -and I typically check the corners in there. Lovely breakfast. I won’t stay anywhere else when visiting family at Ft Huachuca.

I'll say this place is a LOT nicer than the price would lead you to believe. The rooms are large, breakfast is very good with hot a cold items, 2 free drinks in the evening, good fitness room (for a hotel), very clean, and all the employees I've met have been very friendly. One minor nitpick on my room about the shower head, but nothing bad enough to lower my rating.

It's nice! The breakfast is awesome, the rooms are really nice and the staff are great people if you have to interact with them.

Gateway Studio Suites is dog friendly! It's very clean as well. We were greeted by very friendly staff who saw my struggle with my dog and let me go to the room while my husband continued to check in. They provided free bottled water and a few sodas. The dog section was very quiet! Once in the room, we couldn't hear any outside noises. Also, the water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. There was a little kitchenette with a stove, which was unexpected to me!

Just arrived here after being rejected and hung up on by the trashy Best Western down the street. Found out this place is actually cheaper by over thirty dollars compared to that sh*thole, so that's even better.

I travel all over the US and this place was very surprising. The staff, cleanliness, and rooms exceeded my expectations. The pride the employees take in every part if the hotel shows. Kudos to an excellent staff.

Was here for 7 nights, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great location right next to base and complimentary breakfast was great. Plus they do a happy hour for all guest every evening.
