Gateway Urgent Care, Gilbert AZ

I don’t remember who I saw but she was so nice and comforting. The whole staff was kind. I will continue to go to this urgent care if needed in the future.

Very pleasant staff that went above and beyond to help diagnose my sickness. Walk in with no appointment and was able to get called back within an hour and out 15 minutes after that

Did a walk-in this time. Was in and out in 20 minutes. Everyone was great. This is my default/preferred urgent care facility.

I was traveling and was looking for a Urgent Care. They took me in almost right away. Took great care of my concerns with my health and found an answer and was able to give me the medication I needed to get well. The staff was amazing in helping make the process so easy.

Fast, friendly, effective! I walked in and was seen within minutes. Filling out paperwork was fast from my phone, no more spending 10-15 minutes answering the same questions on different pieces of paper! They were kind and compassionate. The PA was very friendly, understanding, and efficient. She gave me all of the options, encouraging me to be a part of my care plan. The MA and the front desk were lovely, everyone made me feel at ease and cared for; I was anxious when I walked in, but walked out feeling much better. I will absolutely go to this Urgent Care again!

Gateway provides great care! They employ friendly and competent receptionists, knowledgeable practitioners with no rediculously long waits times. Appointments are available as well.

Very friendly office staff. Efficient and expedient. Online appointment and online check-in made the process very easy. The back office staff was easy to converse with and they made the visit very comfortable. Nurse practitioner made me feel very comfortable. She explained the diagnosis very clearly, and explained what to expect and what to do if my condition worsened. She ensured she answered my questions. I will definitely keep this facility in mind for any further needs.

I can’t remember the doctors name but she was soo nice and empathic which is so rare! She validated my symptoms and was so caring.
