Once they have your computer, you can forget getting service.run around on phone, no call back, zero help when you finally get someone, just more run around. 6 days and counting

These scam artists try to charge you an arm on a leg for any diagnostics they run and the prices are stupid over priced glad I decided to not use these clowns who aren’t even professional. I was quoted an exact amount then they tried to charge me 3x as much to make it worse they have appointments they don’t even keep on schedule making me wait forever on them.
