3They diagnosed and repaired my PC after I had spent countless hours trying to troubleshoot it myself. Although it took longer than estimated, they kept me up to date with the status of my PC and helped to get the replacement part as quick as possible.
I turned my laptop into the Geek squad for a non-working keyboard. Although it got repaired.it took 8 WHOLE WEEKS to come back. As a college student, it felt like forever. So if you need a repair, check the wait time.
Half did the job. And didn't do all items requested.
Paid to hald hard drive installed professionally. They just connected it to my aux lines that are for my data drives I didn't leave with the computer. Then they didn't even install the hard drive to the mounts. It's just floating in there.
Unprofessional.
