After wasting lots of time at big companies like Jared, Zales, and even London Gold (AZ company), we finally came in contact with Eric. He called me returning a message even after he had closed for the day and invited us in immediately.

Wife and I came with our own diamond and Eric helped us figure out the setting (engagement ring) and the two wedding bands.

Even though we knew what we wanted, Eric used his expertise to help guide us on some important details. He ended up handcrafting our setting with custom prong work, and ordered our 2 wedding bands. After 3 weeks we were beyond amazed and excited.

Eric at Gemsetter was FANTASTIC in working with my wife & I on our wedding bands nearly 14 years ago. We still come into Gemsetter to this day.

I had a specific design in my mind that I'd seen while browsing and he was excellent in working with me on fine tuning the design to my EXACT specifications.

Once Gemsetter had brought my design to life, I was able to come in, try it on and even fine tune it further. They were able to work with me to get it to my exact desire.

I have yet to walk into Gemsetter and NOT see a beaming smile on Eric's face.

Eric was amazing! I came in with an idea for a ring and he did excellent work and kept me updated throughout the whole process. He also came in way under budget (who does that? !). The sports memorabilia hanging up is awesome too!

Eric was extremely wonderful to work with! He has a true passion for what he does and an energy about him that’s screaming to help however he can and with what your vision for your ring is. I presented him with a difficult ring design and hoped we could do it in our budget and he completely nailed it. I had taken time to email several local jewelers and from the beginning to end of the process, I knew right away, that he would be our jeweler. As my first experience working with a jeweler for a wedding ring, I would absolutely recommend him.

Eric took something of great importance to me and made a beautiful. It wasn't the most valuable ring but was the most sentimental item I've ever owned thank you for the great work and craftsmanship as well as the quick turnaround!

I went here several years ago to change out the setting for my beautiful oval ring that looked more like a marquis due to the way it was set. Eric was so kind and really listened to what I wanted to change on my ring to highlight the diamond more (basket instead of the simple prongs). He presented all my options and helped guide me to a beautiful choice with a quick turn around for the work and fair pricing.

I emailed Eric and he responded immediately on designing a ring for my wife and my 20th anniversary. I also emailed 5 other local jewelers and NONE of them answered. Eric's customer service is second to none and he made the process very simple and enjoyable. Don't look any further for a jeweler.

Eric is so personable and really makes the experience of purchasing jewelry a pleasant one. He helped my fiancé and myself design my engagement ring and I couldn’t be happier. Eric, the owner is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and made the entire process so enjoyable. He was honest and patient as he described various band and metal types. His selection is elegant, varied, with custom pieces that are definitely worth taking a look at.
It’s hard to not feel pressured when shopping in some jewelry stores, but that was not the case here. The process was to the point, simple and we were told the turn around time to get our bands would only be a day or two.
Eric and his wife Veronica made us feel so welcome, we spent more time chatting with them, swapping travel stories, than we did with the buying process!

This is a wonderful jewelry store! The owner, Eric, is just amazing.   He is knowledgeable, friendly, and personable, and his work is fantastic.   My wife and I have had 2 custom rings made here; the first ring was a promise ring that I had given to my wife before we were married.   Eric’s ideas and customization of that ring made it even more special! The second ring was a men’s custom-made wedding ring; Eric hit it out of the ballpark with this one! His attention to detail, willingness to listen to ideas, and involving us throughout the entire process just made us feel that much more confident in the work that he does.   We greatly appreciate the work he has done for us, and for being an all-around amazing guy! We came to Gemsetter & Company to have a piece of jewelry repaired and while we were waiting to talk to the owner my wife found a bracelet that she fell in love with, of course I bought it for her but that aside, my wife has been trying to find her alexandrite birthstone in a unique setting for quite sometime. The owner of this establishment and his wife took an unbelieveable amount of time with us to explain the stone and type of setting that it could be put into so that even a non jewelry guy like me was able to understand. She found the exact setting that she was looking for and it is being custom made for her at a very reasonable price. So I must say price, selection, quality and above all the pleasant atmosphere and congeniality of the owners at this shop makes this a no brainer for me and my wife for all of my/our future jewelry excursions. It really feels that you are with family here. Im glad we found this "gem" of a store so close to our house.

Shopping here is more about dealing with Eric, the owner, than just buying jewelry. He is invested in his customers. He is experienced, knowledgeable, to be trusted and fun to be with. I wish I could find more of him in my other purchase places. Can't say enough good things!

I had my wife's wedding ring repaired here. Very good service and they did an excellent job on the repair. The setting is now stronger than it originally was. Highly recommend for jewelry and repairs.

One of my friends recommended this place to buy my engagement ring and I am so glad I took his advice. I purchased my wife's engagement ring and as promised, it was ready in time for the wedding and came out just beautiful. I returned for the wedding band and am so satisified with the whole experience and wonderful customer service I would most certainly highly recommended this place to anyone.
