Very friendly and clear about the procedure my son was receiving. Very good with special needs children.

Took forever for this poor girl who seemed new to get help. We waited before starting for at least 20 minutes. I don't think they properly prepared her. She didn't even floss my son's teeth. Can you at least make sure that your employee feels comfortable before sending them out to the dogs? I got a laugh at her expense but poor her. Lucky for you guys I can't upload the video of my son who started to get antsy. He is already afraid of loud noises and he was surprisingly patient.

After checking in, we learned staff gave my son's filling appointment away because the receptionist didn't bother to double check the phone number she called when verifying his appointment. Then while I'm on hold waiting for the office manager, the office manager called my cell phone and told me she didn't have a clue I was on hold for her. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake I was offered a line of BS that this was all a miscommunication. Incompetence lives here, comfortably.

Dr. Signh does not explain what he is doing, some children are scared and need every little detail explained to them in a nice fun way. He tried to numb my daughter who was terrified and said he wasn’t working on her after telling her to open twice. He automatically wants to sedate instead of talking to the child. This was her first experience with a dentist and it has traumatized her already.

Great care from the staff.it is always busy and I always wait over 30 past the appt time to be seen but still worth the wait!

This was my first time going to this dentist office the dentist the other dentist assistants and everyone in the office was very thorough. I appreciate the dentist taking time to explain to me what was going on with my son as well as the dentist assistant she did an awesome job talking to my son in regard to keeping his fingers out of his mouth LOL I will be back!

They're fast efficient kid friendly and they explain eveything in easy to understand terms. It was my child's first visit but wont be her last.

I just love all the ladies there. My son is 7 and has never liked the dentist. Every visit is a nightmare with him. Yesterday he did such an awesome job and wanted to dance because he was so proud of himself and all the ladies came to the front desk and cheered him on. It was awesome. Thank you ladies for making his experience with you memorable.

The dentist are great. But the front office staff is the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. Taking selfies when they had kiddos to check in. No wonder people sit here for hours because the office staff rather post on their snap chat or social media then check in their patients on time.

First time at this new provider. Staff was super friendly, and very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend General Dentistry 4 Kids to all my friends and family!

Always friendly, and some of the staff work really hard on 1 son who doesn't exactly like going out opening up or laying on the chair nor will he do a cleaning anymore but they keep their patience and try many ways to check his teeth. Awesome staff!

All the staff from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the hygienist to the dentist were all friendly and kind and helpful. They made my daughter and I feel comfortable and welcomed and glad that we came.

TV's with animated videos in waiting area and exam rooms. Video game consoles. Great to keep kids distracted. But my kids never see the same dentist. There have been issues with a broken tooth during the exam.pain for hours after hygienist cleaning. Would not recommend this office to anyone.

The staff are friendly and caring. They are sensitive to the children's needs and concerns. They take their time to ensure the child's comfort and confidence.

It is shame when the doctor take a wrong decision and not being honest
They did teeth filling for my son while the teeth wasn't have any issue. I am confused how the doctor made this decision also the the sub staff said something not appropriate

I've been taking my daughter for the past few years and never had a problem. The staff is friendly and the dental hygienist are always so understanding and patient with her needs. I highly recommend general dentistry for kids. It's a great place I love it I drive the extra way to this location even if we move. Way to go staff

I have been taking my son here for years. He loves it, especially the TV he gets to watch overhead. He always receives great care. I feel like all staff is knowledgeable. The only thing that's odd imo is almost every time he goes (every 6 months) theres a new dentist.or they just rotate them, not sure. It's not a bad thing, just no consistency with seeing the same face. Idk if you can request to see the same dentist each time lol but they all seem to be great!
