This review is for both Robin Giles and Katherine Gillaspy (both NPs). They have TERRIBLE bedside manner. Do not listen or take time for you. Very cold and uncaring attitude. Always in a huge rush. Not very knowledgeable. Horrible experiences at their clinic. They both botched a routine Nexplanon removal and caused horrible injury and pain. Were unable to remove even though it was where it was supposed to be; right under the skin, visible and could feel where it was. Had to see a different doctor to have it removed. I would NOT recommend this clinic for any woman. They do not seem to care about their patients.
