Gentle Dental Irvington, Tucson AZ

I seldom have any issues with other dentist offices. I came here. And its Billing dept.services is a nightmare. I asked not to be charged for an exam after using my two per calendar insurance coverage. Since the Dentist knew of my situation. Dr. Okayed not for me to be charged. They charged me anyway. I got my bill. I called. She couldn’t even find the bill n their current system. I was told it was previous yr. They no longer used that system, different owner. That’s not my problem. Now, they’re scrambling and scratching their heads is to why, and what my bill is. It’s a nightmare. This place is NOT Gental. I went to BBB and read the complaints about bad billing scenarios with other costumers. Read it yourself. Deactivated my file. My daughters as well. Absolutely horrible. I’m going back to my other dentist. It’s further, but at least I’ll have a peace of mind!

Angie the hygienist was very informative and helpful. I've been struggling a little with keeping my braces clean and she helped me learn the right way to do it. Also gave good advice on how to keep my teeth healthy. Thank you Angie!

Absolute SCAMMERS! Possible insurance fraud. Double bill patients and insurance and then patients again. Office staff very rude when asked for list of services performed and payments made. Says they cannot provide this. Then how can they ask to be paid if they can’t say what they did and should bill for? Do not go here!

Really good dental office. The doctor is really awesome and truly cares for your teeth. Would highly recommend.

They were able to schedule me for a same day appt when other offices were closed for the week. Came back the next day to have cavities treated on my top front teeth and I’m so happy with the results, I got my smile back! They definitely live up to the name Gentle Dental as I didn’t even need numbing or the gas. The dr and staff were all friendly and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I’m very happy with my experience!

Though I go to Aspen dental, they took me in and took care of a tooth that I broke. They also explained to me why it broke. Very informative and caring team.

My previous dentist cleaned the surface and the glue lasted for almost 2yrs. This dentist did not put his heart or pride into such a simple job so how can someone trust that he puts the proper care into any of his work. They refused to fix the issue and glue the tooth properly and canceled my cleaning and have not refunded my money for installing glue on teeth that were not even brushed or scraped clean. The dentist put the glue over smoke residue and it would of took literally 30 seconds more to do the job right.

Dory was very kind and caring. Dr. Ung showed me my ex rays and explained in detail what I was seeing and what I needed. At the front desk they were very helpful.

Excellent service. Lory was gentle with the xrays and made sure I understood what she was doing. Then the doctor whas very detailed with his explanations.

They definitely live up to the name on the building. Great staff and Dentists there to explain every step of each procedure.
