Old crowns had to be replaced. If you have ever had this done you know it can feel jaw breaking! Dentist at Gentle Dental was professional and skilled both at removing old crowns and at managing my pain. Only minor soreness after numbing wore off. His Dental Assistant was professional as well as conversationally engaging, caring, and funny.

I like the dentist he's funny and his assistant is so friendly and kind. The blonde woman at the front desk is always very helpful with patients and information. The woman who cleans teeth I believe her name is either Lisa or Elizabeth can't remember but she is also a hoot. Her conversations are always nice to listen to while getting my teeth cleaned. Her assistant is sweet. I haven't had any interactions with anyone else so I can't review them.

Dr. Ken Thompson was great but the office manager over charged and won’t fix the issue. I found this office on Met Life in-network dentists but they don’t honor the negotiated price. I’ve filed a complaint form with Met Life and we’ll see what the insurance company can do to force them to honor their commitments

Wonderful staff here, they were informative and extremely helpful. Going to the dentist can be a stressful experience and the staff at Gentle Dental made this process a very pleasant one. I highly recommend their services.

Super nice staff. Good doctors. They are all friendly. And I like that they are very transparent about pricing and what they are doing. You will have all the information before you decide to do anything. And they are very professional.

Dr. Baddam and her staff fit us into her schedule within an hour of calling her office and she even worked through her lunch hour to perform the procedure my daughter ended up needing! I've been here a few times over the last couple of months. I had a bunch of work done since I hadn't seen a dentist since separating from the military over a year and a half ago. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist was very friendly, professional, and I am very pleased with the results.

Lisa is the BEST! She really cares about the patients and takes her time explaining everything and making sure that the patient is comfortable. The office staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Gentle Dental!

Thank you to the staff at the Tempe office on Rural Rd for your graciousness and services. Everyone was very friendly and did not let my frustrations due to miscommunication from another office and "sticker shock" move them from doing their job. I don't know how Dr. Stuart Garber perform a root canal that didn't phase me a bit afterwards. Great job!

Would give zero stars if I could. Had an appointment scheduled for a cleaning but when I get there they start tacking on extra x-rays and charges. They're nothing but a bunch of crooks who don't know what they're doing.
