Excellent Service and repair work. I would like to see the plumbing side of the house use hours like the AC Heater group where they give you a time window of 8-12 and 1-5, which makes it easier to plan my day. Overall great job!

My tech was so thorough and was very helpful when doing analytics in my house. He even cleaned the floor when he left. He left it the Boy Scout way.without a trace!

Customers should be aware of the pricing trap of this business. They do not charge by the hour like most electricians. Rather, you agree to a trip charge and only after the electrician gets there do they show you a flat rate price for a ceiling fan installation. The original operator I called said that she could not provide the price. The electrician did not do any calculations, just swiped until he found fan installation on his IPad and then said that it would cost $345 and take just over a half hour. Unfortunately, we were in a crunch with company coming the next day; otherwise I would have declined and sought another option. I guess the company is counting on the inconvenience factor causing most customers to agree to an artificially high price (you could hire a very good lawyer for that rate). Now all that said, our technician was friendly, competent and efficient. This review is not a knock on him. The pricing system of his employer is not his fault. I have no complaint about the work. It appears to have been done well.

Bradley was on time, flexible, informative, friendly and, courteous and respectful. He did a thorough search and repair. Actual cost was less than initial estimate. Left the workspace clean. Gave easy to understand follow up care instructions. Friends recommended George Brazil Plumbing for their employees. I do too.

Ricardo replaced the shower handles in both bathrooms in my house. One shower would cut off when we turned it to “hot”, and my boyfriend and I had no idea how to fix it. We took off the old handle but at that point we needed to call George Brazil and I’m glad we did! Ricardo said that if we would have messed with it more we could have caused serious damage and it would have been really expensive to repair. Ricardo did a great job, he was polite, communicative, on-time, and worked quickly. I will be calling him again to replace 2 toilets in the house as well. Highly recommend!

Our home had been recently purchased and we were in the 10 day inspection phase with the buyer. Although we had recently had the AC/Heat unit serviced (we have a contract with George Brazil and routine maintenance had been done) the buyer was not satisfied and was going to back out of the purchase contract. We contacted the Customer Service Department at George Brazil and spoke with Michael Silver to ask if he could possible speak with the buyer regarding what exactly had been checked. Not only did Mr. Silver speak with the buyer he also arranged to have their QA Technician, Joseph Rittorno, meet with the buyer at our home and go through the entire maintenance/service process with the buyer to assure him that everything was up to specifications. As a result, the buyer was satisfied, the home sold, we plan to continued our contract and the buyer will likely purchase a contract with your company. We can't say enough good things about both Michael Silver and Joseph Rittorno. They are both exemplary employees. Thank you!

The Electrician Tom was amazing. He was kind and patient as we had to wait for APS to shut off the power. He did a great job in a quick and efficient manner. Thanks.

Joey Hernandez was perfect, just like advertised on TV. He arrived on time to fix our water heater pipe. (He looked so sharp in the George Brazil, all white uniform, I had the thought that I should clean my house before I let him in) Our water heater was 17 years old and needed replacing. He had a water heater on the truck and was able to replace it as well as replace the old, broken pipe as well as replace our outside faucet which had been leaking. He was not only fast, and skilled, but very personable and considerate too, and so professional. He took time to explain everything, snapping photos on his iPad of the work he was doing so as to have future reference on file. Truly a pleasant experience, not to mention, we are delighted to have hot water again. Thank you, Joey.

The service was good, but I now think the quality of the service is to get you to sign up for the we will service you house every year plan. Well, I moved for a 20 year old home into a brand new home that does not require any service. They called to service the old house, I asked if they could transfer the contract to our new home, wow, yea for $100. I will not use them again. Here is the response I got: "First, I want to say Congratulations on the new home! We can absolutely transfer the membership to your new home next year, just so you know there is a transfer fee of $100. I can set myself a reminder to reach out to you this time next year to see if you are ready to schedule. If you do not want to transfer the membership to your new home, the new owners of your previous home can also have it transferred into their name for the same amount. Please let me know what you would like to do! "
