I callled them to ask what time they close they told me 6: 45 even though their website says at 7: 00

I got here at 6: 30 and they closed.

It was pretty quick. In and out whenever I obtained my ID from here. I believe the prices are here a little higher due to it being a third party but overall pretty good place.

I went there to get my daughter’s ID. I try to pay with a 20 dollar bill they did not want to take it just because it was dirty. Anna Karen (working on window #5) and the manager. Steacy-Deacy.she not even wanted to give me her name right.have the worst customer service skills. If you don’t like to serve people my guessing this is not a job for you.
To bad they don’t have the option to review them with a negative start.
I don’t recommend this place at all. Save your self some time and go to another location.

I always do my MVD business here, they are fast, reasonable prices, customer service is great, love this place

This place had by far the worst customer service of all the 3rd party mvd places I've ever been. Horrible service, huge lack of knowledge, came 3 days in a row cause they were trying to figure things out until I was finally so upset I went to another 3rd party and was done in under 20 minutes plus was able to transfer my custom plate that they said I wasn't able to do. Won't waste another trip here ever!

What a waste of time seriously. Lady couldn't even help me today Jan 2nd window 10 all I need was a permit for 3 days until Friday and she couldn't even help me out. Or print it out for me. What type of service is this place seriously.
Left and went the the dmv at 51 ave and no problem getting my permit for 5 days. Not even 5 mins waiting. In and out.

Depends who you get maybe good service maybe not. Place smells weird, I thought it was just something people said, someone must be cleaning bathrooms then continue on out with same mop.

Too expensive and requires parellel parking. $64.50 for drivers license test and took almost two hours to complete the whole process. Find a cheaper location.

You should know that while the location is open at 8: 00am, their license services do not open until 9: 00am.

Bought an id and never got it in the mail. Now I gotta go somwere els to buy one and for them to actually send it!

Asked a simple question how much a vehicle would cost to register while getting a duplicate registration for another vehicle. Lady made copy’s of the info of question and then flagged mvd system so now I’m having issues when everyone else at mvd office says she shouldn’t have. Waisted a lot of my time

This place charges you double what the DMV does. Trust me folks not worth it. Go to the DMV instead.

Came to re new my drivers license and at the main mvd they charge $10 but silly me wanted to save time and came here and it was $38! Are you kidding me! Had no other option than to paid I paid 4x more than what it is

Today is April 9th 2018.

Me and my girlfriend went to here to get me a state drivers license issued and ended up being scammed!
Whoever the woman is behind the counter (window 15) told me to pay so I handed her my credit card only to find out that I couldn't get a license without changing insurance. No biggie. Not even a whole day later I ended up getting a charge from the fry's gas station that is directly across the parking lot for a very very very huge amount. (not exaggerating either.) Thing is that the card that I gave them had never been used before not even a single charge. HMMMM WEIRD! I'm not the smartest but it's so easy to identify where the activity of the card was last. Be aware of this place. It's all bad.

I bought a car the other day, on Saturday and after 3pm, this place was the only one open to put the title on my name in the same day, otherwise I would've to wait until monday. I only waited like 20 minutes in line. The girl that attended me, gave an excellent service and everything was ok.
She even gave extra info for another car that I have and want to sell.
The only thing that I would like is that if is possible, the insurance hours were the same so we can do all the process in one day, and no return the next day or monday.

They were the rudest people ever! They all need to be taught customer service skills! Or they have no BUISNESS working helping people! It's embarrassing to know that they don't even like the job they work at. Not just one employee but 4 were rude! Notary lady especially short lady with long straight black hair shouldn't be working there! They ALL ARE LUCKY THEY WORK BEHIND THE WINDOW BUT ITS OK THEY ACT LIKE NO ONE WILL WAIT TILL THEIR OFF! DO UR JOB OR GO FIND ANOTHER CARELESS WITH MY COPIES AND THE SUPERVISOR TOOK EMPLOYEE SIDE WHEN TGEY HAD NO CLUE WHAT WAS GOING ON! HIRE NEW PEOPLE
