Ghost Town Tours, Cottonwood AZ

We booked and paid for a tour online and when we arrived the doors were locked and no one was there. We were told by the business upstairs they closed down and left town. Beware of this company.

Ghost tours was lots of fun with Courtney.we highly recommend you do this if you don't believe in ghost you might at the end of this incredible tour I recommend Spirit walk too. Recorders are a must-have.

We did the shuttle tour. You go to 4 locations and spend 10-15 minutes at each place. You get a little history from the tour guide. You get ghost hunting equipment. My kids got a kick out of it. It’s priced similar to any of the other tours. We went on a Tuesday evening. Most places in Jerome aren’t open late on a Tuesday. Overall it’s pretty cool.

So expensive for a private tour and not worth it at all. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone checking out Jerome for the first time. Save your money and go exploring on your own.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun! Learned a lot of great history and a few spooky facts about the town. I definitely recommend booking them for a tour of the town and the AC van was nice too on a hot day

Let me start off by saying im a skeptic. We came here bc my friend wanted to for her birthday. I dont really believe in ghosts or spirits or supernatural stuff in general. Call me the x files because I WANT TO BELIEVE.
Anyway, although im a skeptic i thoroughly enjoyed this tour. I loved the history and little personal stories, the tour guide was super nice and friendly. I dont know if the machines they assigned us did anything, but it was cute.

Was thinking of booking this tour, but because of the price, I wanted to look into how your customers feel. While many of them seem positive, and I don’t doubt that, the few customers who wish to express their shortcomings with your company seem to be met with aggressive remarks. It’s not fair to rate this any less than 5 stars because I obviously haven’t gone on the tour, but I think a good tip for conducting yourself as a business owner should begin with good customer service when addressing customer complaints.

Incredible! The tour guide was amazing and so informative. He was also great with my kids tailoring the stories to make them age-appropriate for them (Age 12 and 14). The shuttle itself was clean, roomy, and easy to get into and out of. The places we stopped were amazing.

The whole experience of the ghost tour was amazing. Our tour guide was really kind and fun. I don’t remember his name bc I’m really bad with names but I think he was the owner. He told the really interesting history about each location. If you look like a bartender the ghost Miguel might get frustrated with you and scratch the letter M on your back!

Tour guide nice enough. Very hokey and cringy. Obviously looking for the tourists that will believe in anything. If they just gave a tour of the spooky places in and around Jerome I think it would be much more tasteful

Loved this tour! Decided to go on a day trip with my partner and we both loved it! It was informative, entertaining, funny, and a little spooky. I loved the spirit box and we will definitely be going on another tour the next time we find ourselves in Jerome.

My husband I went visited Jerome Arizona on our honeymoon earlier this month in April. We decided at the last minute to take the ghost hunting tour and had this really awesome tour guide who also happened to be the owner! He was super awesome the whole experience was just amazing and I would do it again in a heartbeat! My husband was a little reluctant to do it at first but then later on thing to me for making him do this tour lol. Even all the people on the bus were super cool to talk with and hang out with!
They had some really good equipment to go ghost hunting with and we did pick up on a few things which made it very exciting!
We were also able to get some history of the town and we just enjoy the whole experience very much I recommend this tour to anyone who passes through!

Aaron is a fabulous guide! Very knowledgeable about what goes on and doesn't go on in our tours. We had a lot of experience with other worldly visitors on our walk!

My parents and I went on this tour as a surprise for my dad, and it became the highlight of the trip. We specifically want to thank Miranda for the outstanding tour. We got the private shuttle tour (and with how cold it was that night; it was well worth it). Miranda went above and beyond adding more history to the tour, engaging our curiosities, and stayed later than she needed to when exciting things started happening. The encounter we had was completely unbelievable and unexpected and she helped us navigate the situation. She was always considerate of us, our interests, and our comfort. She also gave us such a unique perspective on the town’s history with information that really filled out what we had learned earlier on our trip. The histories and stories she gave us were what really made the trip memorable and were not anything like what we got anywhere else. We really cannot express our gratitude enough, thank you for the exceptional tour Miranda.
