This place is definitely for 3, maybe 4, and under. Also it is DIRTY! We got there about 40 mins after opening this morning but it was clearly dirty from the past - not just this morning dirt. Like probably hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, and no attempt to get rid of scuff marks or to wipe anything down even with water. Like literally if they had fresh wet rags available for the kids to play it would be cleaner in like 10 minutes just from that. Even old used play gear can be clean and look nice. This ain’t it. 100% have hand sanitizer and hand wipes in the car when you leave - would not go again and 100% changing us out of these clothes into new clothes before sitting down anywhere at home

Yes I'm so tired of our community playgrounds with sand that in seeking an alternative I decided to take my kiddo here, without reading the 1 star reviews, my fault, this place is disgusting, like mentioned by the others, the dirties place ever, the toys sure have not been cleaned in yrs for sure, maybe since they been around. Gross unsanitary place, if you want your baby to stay healthy, keep em away from this place.

Giggles is amazing and so inclusive, autism friendly and clean. Glad to have this as an option for my kiddos. Much better than uptown jungle or other indoor playgrpunds

Great concept and geared towards 6m-4yr old kids. Designed more for the use of the imagination than a standard jungle gym. Toys and equipment are very well used and show signs of damage. Overall the kids had a blast but I did not feel it was as clean as some of the similar set-ups out there that people can visit.

I am shocked at these reviews! Were we at the same place? I am struggling to find one good thing to say about our experience here. The smell of urine was so strong when we walked in and the woman at the front was very rude. As my son explored, I took a look around and was disgusted at how dirty it is pretty much everywhere I looked. There were large dust covered cobwebs on all of the wall decorations, the walls were cracking, the floors were dirty, the bathroom was dirty and the toys were lacking.

The place is not the same anymore, the floor is not clean, change room smells awful and nasty, the toys you can tell it wasn’t cleaned for long time, very disappointed, they have only one staff member in the entire store, not worth the fees

What can i say, this place used to be awesome, my daughter when she was small used to come here nearly everyday, she wanted to go this weekend and it is just a shell of its former self. Very little toys, most seemed broken.

We took my 1 and 2 yo gbabies here for the 2 yo's birthday on NYE and it was perfect! Thankfully it wasn't very busy when we got there early in the afternoon and excusing everyone else left while we were there. There are so many fun options for toddlers here!

The babies played with riding toys, bouncing toys, the trampolines, climbing structures and slides, the tire swing, the kitchen and baby stroller, they really loved the mini grand piano and drums too. We played for nearly 3 hours before they were too tired and hungry to continue. We will definitely return.

My only concern was that staff began cleaning over an hour before closing time, while we were still playing. This created a rushed atmosphere and felt as if they couldn't wait for us to leave so it was a bit uncomfortable in that aspect. They put things away that the babies still wanted to play with but we were able to get them again, however I then felt I needed to put them back away afterward. I'm hoping they use nontoxic cleaning products but they were spraying and cleaning surfaces near us as we played and we don't feel great about any of us inhaling that, especially babies.

Really surprised by my experience here tonight after seeing so many great reviews. This place was smelly and dirty. When I called before I went and told the woman on the phone I had 2 under 2 yrs old coming and asked about bringing a stroller and if they sanitized, she was extremely short and rude. Which I found surprising since I told her tonight would be my first time coming. She counted my 10 week old baby as a guest to the party we attended. The diaper changing corner reeked of smelly diapers from 20 feet away. The two women working there started cleaning at 5: 15pm when the kids were all still playing and started sanitizing toys with Lysol wipes at 5: 30pm. It made us feel like we needed to leave. And the minute it turned 6pm, a woman was very quick to come tell us they were closed. There were multiple dangerous areas for kids to fall on the wood jungle gym and I saw plenty of kids have very close calls to high open areas with no safety rails. I was so excited to go and I can say I would never go back. The party room was hot. We were sweating and it was only 70 degrees outside.
The party room was very underwhelming as well. Some of the money we pay to go should be going towards investing in new, clean and unbroken toys. I love the idea of this place, but the execution was terrible.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS PLACE. My son and his 2 cousins got RSV from this dirty place. They do not clean or sanitize anything! They make you sign a waiver upon arriving so they are not liable for their dirty establishment. 4 ER trips for a sick toddler later, and they have done nothing to warn parents. Please think twice about this place, unless you want your children in the hospital for days on end. So sad and i’m truly traumatized!

Giggles is such a great idea and we do enjoy the place. The front guy is always very nice and smiling. My son, currently 19 months, really enjoys the place. Some parents for some reason don’t watch their kids, I can’t really blame Giggles for that, but just be aware. Moms with 3 years will just drop off their kids and they’ll be in their laptops or phones in the kitchen area and their kids have snatched toys out of my 19 months old hands, or yell at him and tell him he can’t play with him. Just be aware. I saw a kid about as young as mine with snot dripping down his chin and he was spitting and sneezing on everything. I had no idea where his parents were, this poor kid looked very sick.

My biggest complaint is the place is a little icky. I constantly wash my sons hands while we’re there. The bathrooms are just a big no no. They’re very gross and the whole place smells like urine. I hear they clean and disinfect every night but I’m not sure what’s to do with the smell.

What’s cool is they have a nursing room that’s completely closed off, if you’re nursing your LO, the trampolines are very fun for my son and he’s always interested in the rock climbing. This place isn’t bad just doesn’t feel clean and the smell is funky.

Love this place. They have activities for all ages. It's continually being cleaned, which is greatly appreciated since it gets busy. About an hour and a half and the kid starts getting tired. Nap time for us all!
I'd never been on a weekend, it's crazy busy but it doesn't feel crowded. Also, found out they host birthday parties.

Cool idea but some simple things could make it a whole lot better. My 3 year old loved the slides but the “store” area only had the cash register (nothing else for pretend play) and same with the “drs office” lots of missing toys but a simple fix.

We used to love this place. We have gone a fee times this summer and it's been incredibly disappointing, particularly the cleanliness. The mats are filthy, toys are dirty, the whole place smells like urine, lots of toys missing such as things for the play kitchen.not sure we will be going back.

We had our daughters second birthday party here on a Saturday and to begin, you would think they limit the amount of kids playing because it was incredibly busy. Most of the things my daughter wanted to play with were swarming with rude kids or taken so she didn’t get to enjoy the space until after her party ended. We reserved the room for the birthday party and to begin when we arrived and started setting up this kid confined to come in and out of the room shoving past my guests and I had multiple guests commenting on this and the door to the room is right past the check in counter so I was frustrated and went to comment about this to the girls behind the counter and they were both sitting on their phones not even paying attention and the parent was nowhere to be found. The biggest complaint I have is the service, we ran behind on time so when our two hours we reserved were up we were still in the middle of opening gifts and not even one minute past our reservation, actually it was one minute before our reservation ended one of the ladies popped her head in the room and yelled in front of everyone in the room (didn’t even pull me or my husband aside) to discuss this like a normal decent person would do asking if we wanted to reserve more time and asked if we wanted to do a half hour or an hour and everyone stopped and looked at her in the middle of my daughter opening gifts and had to wait until we gave an answer because she so rudely shouted it across the room. So incredibly rude and so embarrassing! The last thing that ticked me off was after our extended reservation time it was about 3 minutes before we were out of time and cleaning up and they came in with trash bags and just started cleaning up around us while we were saying goodbye and almost rushing us out of the room. $280 for just a room and rude customer service, would never have a birthday party here again and it reeked of dirty diapers had multiple guests at my party who had kids continually checking their kids for poopy diapers because they thought it was theirs and the door was shut to our room! Gross! Wouldn’t recommend unless they are just going to play.

Perfect for caregivers of multiple young children! This place is designed so well! I have a 4 month old and a 2 year old, so everything is gloriously challenging right now.except at Giggles! Everywhere inside the play area, which is open, bright, and large, is safe for my toddler to play and explore. If she wanted independence, I felt comfortable watching from afar; and if she wanted me close-by, there was always a soft, clean place to put my baby on the floor or a bench to sit on/ nurse my baby. There's a private nursing room too; I didn't go in, but noticed the sign. Well maintained diaper changing area, not the fold down thing in a public restroom. The restroom has an attached room with a door, so my baby was safe on the floor outside of the room with the toilet, but not out in the play area without me. Great little eating area too with tables for adults and children, even a couple of high chairs; microwave, sink and some cleaning supplies. I noticed a sign with a Wi-Fi code, so you could, in theory, get a little work done if the kiddos allow it. We visited yesterday, and today I received a coupon for $2 off our next visit! $12 per visit, there was a sign about purchasing multiple visits at once for a discounted price, but I don't remember the cost. I heard a rumor somewhere that if you visit in the morning, you can ask for a wristband or something like that and return again later in the day for no additional cost. Can't wait to go back!

Party room needs a colorful paint job and looked stark. The main room was nice, but the staff at the front desk were rude and had a bad attitude. I was shocked how they treated my 83 yo Mom who was trying to sort out her socks. And, the staff walked in 10 minutes before and said "your times up at noon and you've got 15 minutes to be out. " Then, at noon they walked in with cleaning supplies. They CLEARLY need a lesson in etiquette with clientele! I doubt anyone of the guests will wish to return with staff like that, sadly. Maybe it's because it was early morning on a Sunday?

Wish I can give them 0 stars had my twins birthday party there this Saturday staff was very rude and didn’t come check on us at all. They would only let us setup 30 mins early when we had so much to setup. To top it off they charged over $200 for a party and would t allow us to bring in ice cream? My party was from 4 to 6pm and I guess they close at 6pm and expected us to be out of the facility right at 6pm when they closed. It takes a few minutes for us to have to put everything away but the staff rudely went In and rudely started spraying cleaning chemicals near my 1 yr old twins and right next to the food that we had. I understand that the place closed at 6pm but if our party was only until 6pm we need to pack up and leave. You guys only give us 2hrs so me and my family going to get our money worth. The place was very hot and the party room photos are misleading doesn’t look that nice at all I will never recommend anybody to have a bday here and we will certainly never be back.

A great indoor activity for toddlers at a reasonable price. It wasn’t overly crowded even on the Saturday morning that we went. It gives kids a good opportunity to interact and play with others their age. They have a variety of activities including a trampoline, rock wall, slides, and lots of other age appropriate toys. While I did like the activities offered and the price of admission, I did feel like it could have been much cleaner, thus giving it a 4 star instead of a 5 star experience.
