Gila River Indian Community Governance Center, Sacaton AZ

Went there for a tribal business license yesterday and just missed the reviewer who had gone to lunch. The first clerk went to get her supervisor (?) who walked me through things. With everything in order, she went to get the reviewer's stamp who was in the back and on her lunch break.

Thanks to Trinity, your number one and so nice! Rosa, with all of the answers - as competent as they come.and the reviewer who's initials I could not read so shall remain nameless and that found time for me.

Had a chance to attended the annual Mul Chu Tha going on over the weekend, taking in a little of the pow wow, Bird traditional dancing and singing, as well as fry bread, red chilli meat burritos and purchasing a couple of beautiful beaded earrings and bracelet, a lot of walking but a great time.

I went here so I could change my address, last name on file due to marriage & I needed to go to the per capita office. The lady in the enrollment office was nice changed my address, took my picture & was able to change my last name. However the lady in the per capita was almost the opposite I asked her if she could get me a read out of last years payments because I couldn't access it online & how can I change my payment method to direct deposit. This lady had an attitude but I didn't know why, she took my ID to make sure of the old/new address on file of where my read out (s) were going. Then when I asked her what did she need from me to change my payment method to direct deposit & I don't know if she couldn't hear me or just ignored me because she just walked away to get a printed papet but didn't say nothing about it when she handed me the paper (it was the last payout stub from 10/31/19). I wasn't going to stay there & take her attitude anymore so I thanked her for her help with the paper & left.

I am so grateful to be apart of this community and have the opportunity to use the facilities they provide.

GILA RIVER IS A GREAT PLACE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME AND STAFF ARE SO CARING NEVER RUDE.

Everyone from security and office staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. Over all excellent customer service.
