Gilbert Cardiology: Zaki Lababidi MD

The staff was great and I enjoyed going there. Their billing is really not good. Their office says one thing and their billing company just keeps sending notices saying something else. No one to talk to that will address the situation.

My wintertime cardiologist retired recently. In looking for another I received a recommendation from a physician friend that Dr. Lababidi is outstanding. Today I had my first consult as a new patient. Wow! From the moment we got there until we left not more than 15 minutes later I was impressed with the staff efficiency and professionalism, the organization of the team, and a thorough, transparent, and insightful visit with Dr. Lababidi. He has great interpersonal relationship skills, communicates in easy-to-understand and educational terms, and collaborates. Prior to retiring I was CEO of a heart-care hospital company, so I consider myself quite discerning about cardiologists and office operations. His is a great office, and I believe based on my first impressions, he is most likely a superstar among cardiologists.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I had to cancel an appt.because of the sudden death of my father-n-law. My appt.was on a Monday and I had to leave suddenly on Sat. I called and left a message on Sat.morning. They have continually harassed me about paying a $50 no- show fee! Seriously! And they even contacted a debt.collector! If this office doesn't have any sympathy for something like a death in the family- how can you trust them with your heart? Shame on you Gilbert Cardiology!

Dr. Lababidi has always made me feel comfortable and always explains my diagnosis so I can understand it. I truly have appreciated this.

Gilbert Cardiology is well organized place in terms of staff, scheduling, and billing. The staff is professional and skillful. They perform all required tests to identify potential or serious heart issues.

Dr. Lababidi is amazing. Very knowledgeable and truly cares, has been my cardiologist for 5 years and would highly recommend. The staff at Gilbert Cardiology are always prompt and everyone is very friendly and knows what they're doing, never have to wait more than a couple minutes for my appointment or to see the doctor.

If you value your health, avoid these guys like the plague. They can't even give you a proper blood pressure reading. If you don't have a heart problem when you get there, you will when you leave. The staff is awful. After a two year experience, I will assume these reviews were written by the staff.
