Gilbert Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

This is the best place to get a honest opinion. I went there for consultation and didn’t listen to the doctor, instead I went across a street to premier dental. They quoted me $3400 for some cosmetic work, with my healthy/no issue teeth. I am having so many problems right now that I wish I had listened to this doctor. After getting opinions from three different top cosmetic doctors i find out how premier family dental did a horrible job. Now I’m spending another $5000 to get them fix. Gilbert modern dentistry had recommended that I use braces to fix the issue I had, and never to break healthy teeth. I will always have a respect for this doctor for instructing me to the right path. I just wish i had listened and stayed with your practice. ️

Take it from someone that HATES the dentist (had nightmare childhood dentists). Gilbert Modern Dentistry is great!

I've been a patient from almost the opening. I've scheduled regular exams and cleaning every three months. My May appt was cancelled which was totally understandable. As soon as I received word they were open, I scheduled an appointment albeit 4 weeks out. Then I get a call to cancel my appointment and asked to reschedule for July. That's just wrong and bad customer service, especially a long time loyal customer.

They are on time with the appointments! Ya!

I have always had a Great experience here, The staff is truly Amazing. My whole family comes here.

First of all, I felt that Jamie, the Dental Assistant, is one of the best in the business that I have ever dealt with. I was so impressed with her, super professional, super polite and upbeat and cheerful and committed to making sure I was comfortable and not in pain, and did a great job with being conversational and always letting me what what is going to happen next. I was having pain and they got me in and did my root canal on the spot. The only thing I didn't love was the price, but I don't think I have ever loved the price of dental work, but in all seriousness, they did seem a bit pricier than other offices I have been to in the past.

Have had a lot of work done the past year at Gilbert Modern Dentistry and am pleased with their work. Dr. Lines is wonderful and caring and the entire staff is very welcoming and kind. I definitely would recommend them.

Best dental service ever! Dr Lines is a GREAT Dentist who strives for perfection, which shows in his end product. His dental medical assistant, Jamie, has AWESOME people skills and longs for every patient to leave feeling happy with their dental service.

Great place! Everyone in the office is very pleasant and friendly. They let you know what is going on every step of the way with no long wait in between. They were able to fit my entire family in the schedule very quickly for cleanings and any work needed. I would definitely recommend them!

Very disappointed. I was in pain when I went here and after examination, the dentist told me he did not want to treat me and recommended someone else. I feel once he realized I did not want implants (he seemed surprised that I could not afford 25,000) he did not offer any other options. I had been a patient since 2015, but not now.

Jamie has been so helpful throughout the process of getting my implant done from beginning to end. Dr. Lines & Dr. White were very professional and explained every step along the way.
