Gilbert Pediatrics

Very disappointed with this office. Apparently I had a bill of $40 that I was unaware of they said they left messages and called which I never received. I did pay it as I always take care of any bill I'm aware of. Unaware I called to schedule an appointment and they said I couldn't because the Dr.wont see us any longer because of that. I'm hurt and confused. I've been going there for 26 years.

I waited in the room for the Dr 30 mins on my first visit and 45 at the next with a newborn with an empty waiting room. Also, the office is in desperate need of an update. The first thing you notice is the massive shelves from floor to ceiling PACKED with paper files on patients.

I asked ahead of time while scheduling their annual appointments if I could bring all 3 of my kids at once so I don’t have to continue to expose me or them multiple times. She said it was fine, and now a week before their appointments I cannot bring all of them as new patients because it puts the provider behind.not my problem schedule accordingly. Very disappointed.

We have been going to Dr. Guthrie for 13 years. We couldn't ask for a more compassionate, caring, competent doctor. We never feel rushed and he listens as long as we need. He treats us like we are a members of his own family. Occasionally we are not able to see Dr Guthrie and every other doctor we have had has been excellent as well. They have Twilight Pediatrics which allows us to take sick children in after hours and on Saturdays which is a huge bonus as far as we are concerned. It has saved us from having to go to urgent care or the emergency room on many occasions. I can't imagine having a better doctor to take care of our children than Dr. Guthrie. He is one of a kind!

Dr. Gutherie is wonderful. My kids love him and he always takes the time to answer all my questions

My daughter has been a patient here for for 15 years. They are always thorough and handle her autism well. We also use the Twilight Pediatrics instead of an urgent care because it's the same caring staff and they have her records right there.

Great place! Pretty much all the doctors are really good and especially nice to all. I really like dr Carroll and dr jacks and especially dr Guthrie

Front office is awful, will turn away established patients due to lack of scheduling organizations. My daughter had a fever of 103 and they had no sick appointments and push you to go emergency instead of helping you find a solution. Also, billing is always an issue and I have to always have it corrected.

Quality doctors, PAs and nurses! We have always had good experiences here and my kids are actually happy to go to the doctor!
