Today 9/29/21 I was transported by one of the Gishey transports here in AZ. When we arrived to my destination my lower back was bitten up. Come to find out there is bed bugs in the vehicle. The driver and dispatch knew about it. The driver showed me the bed bug spray he used in his vehicle. Indicating having the knowledge of bed bugs in transport and still driving around clients. I was about to have surgery and I called dispatch and asked to get another driver to but was told that was the only driver available and to just sit in the front passenger seat. This is not very sanitary for post surgery wounds. How do I go about filing a formal complaint?
