Glendale Water 'n Ice

Excellent place, excellent service and tasty, quality water. Well worth it to visit! Consistently very clean as well.

I have been going to this place for more years than I have fingers and it has always been great. Very clean store and the friendliest of staff always willing to help. HOWEVER, the past two times that I have gone (in the past month or two), the water has been TERRIBLE. It tastes like I am drinking water straight from the tap (and if you are from AZ, you know how terrible that is). I hope this gets resolved soon because I definitely don’t want to give up on a place that I have enjoyed for so long.

9 months ago and 2 weeks ago, the water tastes like sewer water. The 1st time I asked for the owner and was told he spends most of his time at the newer store, but the nice young man was aware that the filtration system is down. This time I just dumped it all and vowed to NEVER go back. If you buy from here you’re being ripped off! I want to call the AZ Department that will check their water filtration. BTW, they charge a higher $$ than other Water & Ice places in the area. This used to be my go-to store for like 20 yrs, when it was the nice husband/wife team. Shame that this owner won’t put the $$ into updating this store’s aging equipment.

I bought water here for the first time yesterday and was shocked to discover it tastes just like tap water, completely different from the water I typically get from a different water store. I will unfortunately have to dump my 7 gallons and get new water.

A clean and friendly atmosphere. I buy 15-20 gallons of alkaline a week and the young lady that was there last Wednesday knows me by sight. She has my order rung up WITH my VA discount before I get the cart to the register. I don't know where you find these young people, but they are always super friendly, polite and helpful! Whatever you're doing, you're doing it right!

Always a great experience! Customer service is great, and the store is sparkling clean. The variety of Thrifty ice cream flavors and other treats make getting water and ice fun. I highly recommend!

Just had my first experience with this business and it was an excellent one. I've recently tried a few different water stores and this one is my favorite. Store was clean, staff was very friendly and the parking lot is very easy to get into and out of. Doesn't hurt that they sell ice-cream either. They even have a few booths to sit at if you decide to stay for a cone. All around 5 star experience.

I've been going to this location for years. Seen it improve over and over again. Always incredible quality water and ice creams! If you wanna step away from everything for a bit, come in here and enjoy what they have to offer. Truly a treat!
