The community not only has a convenient location but has very comfortable and spacious floor plans with well kept amenities. The manager is so personable and kind and truly does an incredible job attending to the needs of the residents and has an amazing staff that always responds promptly. If you want to live in a beautiful community with a staff that cares and will go above and beyond for you then this is apartment community for you.

I moved out in early May and have not received my security deposit refund of $463.51. I have gone back and forth with Cathy, the Assistant Manager, on this since June. It has been months and she has essentially passed blame to corporate and accounts receivable. She gave me a general email address and phone number where the phone continuously rings and nobody ever calls you back. I have had to do all the following up - she hasn't checked up on me or made sure that things have been resolved.

I have worked in property management and I know what it is like. I understand that there are things that are truly out of control of the staff, but this is not one. I see multiple reviews with this same issue and Greystar is more than able to send the check to the property for the former tenant to pick up. They are withholding peoples money. This is illegal and wrong.

As for my time at GlenEagles, it was a mess. I paid nearly $400 for my air-conditioning in the summer on top of my rent. This means that the building is old. It is not maintained and you will pay the price for it. I had cockroaches constantly and requested for maintenance to spray. It took weeks to even get a response to maintenance request. You are getting what you pay for.

The staff is below par. Taylor is the only good thing about the staff in my opinion. I had multiple issues with the parking. Kevin used to tell me he "couldn't do anything about it" even though people were parking illegally in the fire lane, furthermore blocking mine and other tenant spaces and making it nearly impossible to park in my designated spot. From my experience in property management, there is something you can do about it. You can call the vendor and ask them to move their vehicles so paying tenants can park in their spots. You can tag cars. There is absolutely something you can do about it. Parking is a nightmare.

Communication is a joke. The only person that truly responds is Taylor via email. She will be your go-to if you decide to move here. You will call and call and if you get someone to pick up, consider yourself lucky.

Make GlenEagles your last resort because it's a Greystar community. Go for another property management company. You shouldn't have to join the club of fighting for your own money to be returned when you move out. It's ridiculous especially when times are so hard economically. Save yourself the headache and make sure you factor in the AC bill because that will greatly effect your monthly cost of living.

Had a great experience at GlenEagles! The community really welcomes everyone and makes you feel so safe. Thank you to Cathy to creating such a safe, comfortable, and fun environment for the community. She really goes above and beyond to provide fun community events at the amazing pool! The amenities are top-notch & always clean and in great condition. My friends and I loved relaxing and grilling at the pool every weekend! We are going to miss this great community. Thank you to Taylor & Cathy for creating a great living environment!

My husband and I have lived at Glen Eagles for about 14 years and we have no plans on moving. That staff is always accommodating and friendly. If something breaks, they fix it within 48 hours. And everything you need for shopping is right around the corner. I give them 5 stars!
I would like to add the current staff here at the front office is amazing! The best and nicest people this complex has had in my 17 years of living here. My lease is coming up in January but my Husband and I refuse to leave. They would have to kick us out for us to move. Always quiet, nice neighbors, excellent mail lady, gorgeous property all the time, and super friendly maintenance. We just love it and it is our permanent home.

I loved living here for the three years that I was a resident! It was a peaceful, and lovely complex with terrific views including occasional fireworks! Dog friendly, great for anyone moving to the area as the location is close to just about everything you could possibly need.
Cathy and Taylor in the front office always took great care to answer questions/emails as soon as they could. I greatly appreciated the above and beyond service they provided me during my time at GlenEagles

My experience at Glen Eagles this past year has exceeded my expectations. I have loved every second living here and couldn't wait to renew my lease. Cathy, in the front office, is SO kind and helpful that she makes living here even more worth it! When it was time to renew my lease she went above and beyond helping me, as she always does.

Since we moved, the staff have been super helpful and kind. They go above and beyond when the opportunity presents itself.

It’s a lovely, safe community and you can’t beat the amenities.

Location, location, location!

Minutes from the McDowell Gateway; spectacular hiking trails. Kierland Commons and the swanky Scottsdale Quarter. Ample grocery and pharmacy’s and general shopping/retail. Stones throw to the 101.

Love it here. You won’t be disappointed.

The maintenance team is superb! Michael is such a great leader and really gets things done! His attention to detail really makes a difference and we appreciate that he does things with excellence. Rob is also a great at getting things done and is very reliable. My family appreciates the hard work and quick response time by these gentleman.
