They went out of there way to work with me on getting me fit for a E-bike at a reasonable price.

Very helpful and courteous I took my bike in there for repairs.they we're knowledgeable, answered all my questions and I was pleased with the work they performed. Will definitely be taking other bikes in for maintenance. And will suggest them to other friends

Dropped my Schwinn Trike in for a Maintenance check, had more than a few things that needed to be done to it. Bo did an amazing job, riding home from your shop it felt like I had a new bike. You have my business down the road, Bo not only fixed my bike but got it to me in less days than he had originally told me over the phone. Over all, I’m totally happy and satisfied. Global Bikes is an amazing place. They had parts others did not (a really long brake cable) and they did not have a condescending attitude when i asked a question that would be common knowledge to a bicycle enthusiast.

Bought my bike back in May and took it in for my 1k mile checkup and it rides like the day I bought it. I forgot to tell my mechanic about the wheel wobble and needed to be true’d and he took care of all of that without me asking. I could tell he went through the whole bike to ensure it is all working properly.

I have a chinese branded "Freesky" 750W 15Ah 20" fat tire ebike i got from amazon.start of this year, global ebikes helped bleed my brakes.after a few months the brakes were still weak and so they replaced my brakes entirely and gave me a credit for the prior bleed service.issue solved and thx for the credit.last week my rear wheel and tube needed replacing.i bought the wheel and tube from amazon, dropped off my ebike and parts to them, and they replaced it without issue or delay.i enthusiastically recommend global ebikes for my service.fees very reasonable.i haven't bought any of their ebikes yet, but they seem to have good deals too.

Took my bike in, thought I needed a major tune-up they told me that I didn't just a basic.fixed my flats and had my bike back in a timely matter. Real professionals!
