Great atmosphere & high quality equipment! Caleb, the owner goes out of his way to make you feel welcome & creates a very fun + results driven environment. Would highly recommend!

This place hires trainers who lie about their background. For one, Noah Holly was NEVER a competitive weightlifter as he states in his bio. The lies people tell just to make a quick buck. Advice to the owners.get rid of the liars and maybe you will get more people to sign up at your gym.

Great place to workout, very clean and cool during hot summer months. Workout 3 times a week under the wonderful guidance of trainer, Alex Cogan, from Internal Kinetics
